I went to PVR central spirit mall Bangalore for movie Dhurandhar on 15th March, 2026 Afternoon show (2:45 PM). Got the ticket in Box Office TicketId: 939727.
I can't understand Hindi. As it is mentioned in ticketing platform that movie is with subtitles I went to watch it. No intimation from Box Office. Whatsapp ticket also mentioned Movie is with English subtitles. But No Subtitles played and I couldn't enjoy the movie.
I checked with staffs and they just mentioned that There is no subtitles for Dhurandhar movie. But they haven't informed me about this while getting a ticket.
I raised a complaint to [protected]@pvrinox.com. CASE[protected].
They simply closed my case without closure even after sending all the details they asked for.
I paid 149 rupees to get ticket. spent 50 in parking, 50 rupees in petrol and wasted 4 hrs of time including my travel time.
