I am not sure why PVR is charging more than 3 times of the actual price of the product. I bought raw pressery 250 ml which is INR 90 and it costed me 240 . Why i have been charged with this mrp.

The price of the tickets is increased abnormally and it's against the rules.

Description : The price of the ticket should be below 150/- but due to grow more profit and income the price is increased form 150 to 200.

Today I.e. 2nd March 2019 we book 4 tickets from PVR booking counter. We book for movie Luka chuppi but instead of that movie they give ticket of total dhamaal.
We confirm in verbal about Luka chuppi but even though they give ticket of total dhamaal.

The food counters at PVR, CityOne mall in Pune charged Rs 290 for a Small 20 grams pop-corn. I feel this is loot and unjustified. Date & time of visit: 10/11/2019 2:30 PM show in Audi 05. Popcorn in a multiplex costs about 500% more than what you get outside in the mall.

We ordered veg Ceaser salad and got chicken Ceaser salad. The manger refused to acknowledge the complaint and the security guard tried push us out..

I am watching the movie - Batti Gul Meter Chalu in PVR INORBIT, Cyberabad, Hyderabad for the second time.

They have cut down the comedy scenes and thereby reducing the movie runtime in same cost

They are fooling the customers, please take a strict action against them !!
Sue them, shut them down. Only you can do it.

Amount has been deducted twice. From pos. Machine while buying popcorn.

As per the new maharashtra govt. Law, no multiplex can prohibit the consumers from taking outside food in... However, when I called PVR to confirm the same, they told that since they haven't received any notice from government, they will now allow it.
It is so frustrating that they have the guts to go against the law.

PVR — Non acceptance of coupon issued by vodafone

I applied for a discount of rs 100 on pvr tickets with vodafone but could not find the interface where to use it on your website. After visiting pvr naraina i was not given due respect and sufficient response.

pvr cinema, mbd mall , jalandhar — refund of tickets

i booked two tickets from (mbd mall, pvr cinema, jalandhar) the machine last month before from my hdfc bank credit card no[protected].
money had been deducted buti didn't get the tickets, so please refund my money rs 300 as soon as possible.

PROVISIONS — deduction of money from card

myself Nukesh Yellapu, a resident of Gajuwaka in visakhapatnam. I went to Reliance fresh on 4th of this month and bought some provisions. We offerred him our debit card and he tried and said failed.We paid him cash then.Later, we identified that the certain amount(Rs.211) has been deducted from my account.So immediate action is expected from you.Resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

PVR Co. / Discount Card — Cancellation of transaction.

On 8th. April,2012 in the evening one mobile call was received me from bearing number [protected], I think he was representative of PVR Co., he discussed me the schme of discount card upto 30% against any purhcasing from the market. And after that, he insisted me to take the said card by paying Rs. 1,999/- alongwith the some gift of watch has also been offered. And he was behaved in such way that they are authorised agents for SBI Card. On that day I agreed to pay Rs. 1,999/-, but on the very next day, I have received another phone call from another company, when I spoke to the said respresentative that, I have already member of PVR Co. which is sporncered by SBI Card, then, the said representative told me that, there are so many companies existed in India, who are selling such time of discount cards, we are one of them. At that junture I came to know that, PVR Co. has chited me by showing that they are sporning through SBI Card.Hence, on the next day i.e. on 9th.April,2012 I informed to the said representative of PVR Co. that, I am not interested to use your discount card,. therefore, treat my yestarday's transaction tobe cancelled. And do not send any gift or any document to me.

Therefore, please treat my that transaction tobe cancelled, and reversed the said transaction amount of Rs. 1,999/- to me account immediately and oblige.

I tried to book ticket of Movie “Rab Ne Bna Di Jodi” on 12 Dec 2008 for Priya Cinema. But PVR site was not able to book ticket. But Rs. 330 was deducted from my Credit Card.

I got message that I would receive money in 7 days. But I have not received it yet.

I also sent lots of emails to PVR, but did not get any replies. Also i tried their phone no., but no one picks up.

I am tired of calling and sending emails.

The website: www.pvrcinemas.com says ‘get a free ticket for your companion with your visa card’

I’d hereby like to share my feedback with you on the same. I booked four tickets through your website assuming the fact that I would get two of them free of cost as mentioned on the website. Amazingly, the website did not recognize my credit card number which is a Visa platinum card and processed the entire payment (payment for four tickets). I didn’t even get a message about the free ticket, not even a mention of it.

I called up the customer service number provided on your website, spoke to Ram and got transferred to another cce called Jenifer. She told me very very bluntly that there is no possibility that you did not receive a message mentioning about the free ticket and said the quota was full, so the entire payment was processed. I did not even get a mention about the quota full thing or any other technical error because of which my VISA card was not recognized by the system. Now, I have been charged with the entire payment of Rs. 460/-.

I am extremely disappointed with the services of PVR. I thought it was a very professional organization but I am shocked after interacting with your customer support team. I asked her to escalate the call to her senior and was told that nobody’s around so she can’t do it. This is surely my last experience with PVR as I do not even wish to enter any PVC cinema hereon but would really appreciate if you could refund my money so that I feel little less cheated than the way I feel right now.

Tickets

I tried to book 2 tickets of Movie “2012” on 05 Dec 2009 . But PVR site was not able to book ticket. But Rs. 210 was deducted from my Debit Card.

I tried to book ticket of Movie ”PAA' for PVR Goregaon. But PVR site was not able to book ticket. But Rs. 530 was deducted from my Debit Card.

I got message that I would receive money in 7 days. But I have not received it yet.

Not only about the tickets..but also the security guys working there including their Area Manager - Sudeep Shetty, just loves to pass commetns on girls. I experienced the same issue with my fiancee on 2 occassion within 15 min and I immediately esclated to the guards. However, Sudeep first agreed to show me the clips that the guards did not pass any comment on her, later when I asked him to show both the clips they captured on the camera.. He disagreed to show both, the reason being Sudeep himself was involved in loitering around my fiancee as passing commetns while she was sittnig alone for 5 min... They are just asses getting paid nothing and showing theri uncultured behavior...

I advice the students not to use their ATM for PVR tickets otherwise they may face troubles like me any time because the PVR services are worst. It is the duty of the company that when it did not deliver tickets it should return wrongly deducted money immediately to concerned account.

PVR Cinemas Goregaon — Account wrongly charged and money not refunded

I had tried to book two tickets on 19th Feb 2010 for movie my name is khan for PVR at goregaon.I had made payment using my net banking facility.My account was debited for 590 rs.

I have slrady made 5 personal calls to them but still nothing has happened.I have also mailed them the screen shots clearly showing the debits but nothing has happened.

According to me it is a clear fraud.Please take action.

Yesterday i booked tickets in pvr cinemas with amount of Rs 570.The amount was deducted from my debit card but i got nothing no tickets no mail no sms.i want my money back.Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

I booked my ticked of son of sardar and transiction was done of RS. 186.
when i went to movie the show was cancelled, so i want my money to be refunded.

HI PVRCinemas,

1350 amount has been deducted my HDFC account while booking the ticket online from PVR website. But i have not received the tickets, it was confirmed on the mail that the amount will be given back within 7 days. but i haven't still received the money. The PVR cinema website as lots of Flaws, the tickets are not delivered but the amount gets deducted.
