Dear team

My land line no. Is[protected] and i m requesting them to convert this combo dsl plan to simple phone due to unsatisfactory services of dsl.

But company is forcing me to have the connection.

Your local office staff by the company is also not providing any guidance. They are also saying that migration is not possible.

For your information i had been an employee with hfcl in patiala. We had been routing the migrations from pots to dsl n to dsl to pots.

Kindly do the needful to migrate this no.[protected].

Dear appellate authority in hfcl and in trai look into the matter.
