But the product which i received is a cheap material. As i placed an order in queenget fashion online shopping for green and blue cotton silk saree for rs. 650. But i got totally different saree and the quality of that saree is very worst and its not possible to keep that saree...

Order no 38152 on 26.01.18 was for yellow clor cotton saree but delevered on 5.02.18 synthetic color blue saree. I ordered on queenget website, 3-kurtis, looking good kurtis on 19/01/2018 but i got 3 cut-piece clothes on 30/01/2018. After 2 complains to xpeebee courier service, they messaged me that i refused to take parcel, that is not right.
After getting wrong product, i phoned to customers care service no [protected] but it didn't work.
Now what to do?

I have ordered the saree from queenget.com order no 39670 I received the wrong product.
Now i am trying to return product. According to link https://www.queenget.com/refund-cancellation/. i tried to sent mail, it is undelivered. Then i tried to contact on mobile no. Getting message that incoming call to mobile no is temporary banned.
Its a fraud site. Dont buy anything from this website...

I had ordered for green and blue colour cotton silk printed saree with elephant prints. Disgustingly i have received red sarees which is very cheap materials.

Immediately after receiving the courier i wrote back to them on [protected]@woorockets.com, [protected]@queenget.com, but no reply.
Contact numbers are switched off

I think these people are potraying wrong products...

We have ordered 1silk saree for 650₹ rs. (Order no.34851 dated 21th january 2018, for rs. 650rs. We received d delivery today, that is 25th january 2018. We received d items which we did not order. I had ordered 2 kurtis and 1 saree from queenget.com Order #37070 (January 25, 2018). On January 30, 2018 I received a cheap products which are completely not what i ordered, i tried contacting the custom care, but the number provided on the website is fake.

I need to get a refund of Rs 1490 towards the product i ordered.

Please do not order anything from this website, its fake and fraud...

I had order 2 kurti of price 968.00/- from the "https://www.queenget.com/" site but they send me 1 low quality saree. When i tried to return that product the contact number and email id is incorrect, i was not able to contact them.
