I have ordered the saree from queenget.com order no #28809. I received the wrong product.
Now i am trying to return product. According to link https://www.queenget.com/refund-cancellation/. i tried to sent mail, it is undelivered. Then i tried to contact on mobile no. Getting message that incoming call to mobile no is temporary banned.
Its a fraud site. Dont buy anything from this website

I have ordered two cotton silk sarees of rate rs. 499/ and including shipping charges i paid an amount of rs.1300/. When i opened the courier which they have send was truely shocking and dissappointed that it contains two low quality churidar materials. When i try to contact a number which have given in their site is not recheable. I want to refund my money and return the product as soon as possible. So plse do it as soon as possible. Thank you

I have a recived wrong product i had orderd something u gave me a wrong item. So i reqquest u to u take product back and give my product to me which i a have purchased. And me ur contact number to me. They have sent wrong product. Email id and phone also wrong incoming call barred. Email id doesnt exist. My product ref no is 28713. You should give me refund of rs 650. Your cheating with customers which should be crime please stop this things and give us refund please...

Please don't buy anything from this website what i have mentioned above... Still nobody is doing anything.. If i wish that i would investigation police officer... I would have done something.. See i found out also that he has created many websites with various name.. Please be careful my india from such fraud ppl.. This ppl will not do anything..& saying digital india. Lol lol 😂

As i have placed an order on[protected] containing order no:-30103&30104 followed by floral designer red and yellow kurti014-xxl &floral designer yellow and brown kurti004-xxl.only one product was delivered for me that too on[protected].The product that was delivered was so worst.Also consisting of carbon marks on them.It was not sufficient for me even in width also.I want them to return my money back to me...So much dissapointed with this kind of product..

I had ordered a saree of product number Q10 and Order number of[protected] for 654rs on COD. The order i recieved on[protected]. But the saree is different from what we have ordered and also the saree is being delivered for 650rs on COD.
i wish to return it back as i don't wish to waste my money .

My order no is - 31946 dated 17/01/18 . I have orederd 2 kurties and one saree but i have received on 23/01/18 2 suit piece & bad quality cloth. There was no saree at all so resend my oredered item or return cash.after contacting these people they are asking for debit card number with cvv etc.

Hi, I ordered a kurtha from this website, but have received a cheap quality saree.

The website looks fake and the contact numbers posted are not reachable.
When we call the number posted in the queenget.com for customer care, the number is not reachable. Also there are no replies to the emails to the address posted in their website.

While they are collecting lot of additional charges for COD, like cash on delivery fee, cash collection fee etc on top of the product price, they are sending wrong items to the customer.

Please do the needful to get the refund of the amount and also to teach them a lesson. People under such business needs to be punished to protect customers.

They are cheating customers.

But it say that airtel has blocked all the calls so all the efforts ends in vein. Now i am a looser of rs.550/-.

Hence it is humble request to take back the product which is received and refund my money with interest since i lost my hard earned money.

This is fraud company.But i dont know before this.Please help me to return it and refund my money.

I ordered a bagalpuri silk yellow colourd saree through this website but i received wrong product a pink colour saree not only colour difference but the thing is entirely different from what i ordered. The price of the product is rs 499/- i paid rs 650/- in total including cash on deoivery charges plus tax. More over the product they delivered to me is of very very poor quality. Kindly take some action against this fraudulents.

When i try to return it the email id is incorrect mail is not delivered to it and contact number is incorrect so can't able to contact and return product. On the site they wrote to return product send mail with in 24 hour. I send mail but email id is invalid. I don't understand what to do.
