Quick Cabs — Not listening to customer

I called quick cab at 2:45pm on 26 October 2020 .
I asked him to come to Adams Street apartment as soon as you can. But he said he will be there in 15 minutes . Then i went outside and was waiting for cab and no-one showed up. Then, i called again at 3.18 PM, and asked him about the cab hut he started to yell at me. He was just like that you have to call 15 minutes ahead and cut the call without saying anything. Then, I called him from my friend’s number but he did the same thing as he did to me. I asked him if he can come but he said to me to call tys taxi.
This is not 1st time
Same driver i phoned and i was waiting for him as i pre booked cab for 10:45 at subway, just to make sure that he is coming, i called him at 10:40 . He said if you will keep calling me i will block your number so at that time i felt sorry but it does not make me any sense that i called ok only 1 times .
He is the only one driver who does this i have no idea she is women or man
But he is on work at 3:00 pm on 26 October 2020 he is an old person .
