I got a message from quikr on[protected] for data entry work with whatsapp number of contact person. I contacted that person (Aditya) and he said that his company name is "data industries corporation" and ask me to pay rs900 for 9 months agreement and after that, he sends me a registration form to fill. I had filled that and he sends me the task to be completed. Now that person has deleted his account and even when i tried to call that person his number is switched off.

Help me with this otherwise, i'll be taking legal action against these types of frauds made by quikr.

I have purchased a quikr certified mobile device with order id: 10479647 yesterday. I have received the order confirmation details and the product was expected to deliver within 5-7 days. But today when i checked the order, i found that the order is called back by the quikr. I called customer support immediately. They told me that this is due to the price issue as you have bought it at a low price than the original price. I told them to reinstate my order as the order was already confirmed. They behaved very rudely, and they refused to help me.

By this mail, i hereby request you to follow back the issue and reinstate my order (Order id:[protected]. I hope that you'll understand my grievance and assist me regarding the issue.

I had posted a free add in quikr,
Then one monika contacted me fro quikr and requested me to go for paid package. She said she will talk to every candidate and filter them will send their resumes to me but after paying money she is not lifting my phone and disconcerting my mr. Deepak used to ;ift the call. My pack not activated and not done as per commitment. All fake and cheated from quikr executives it is four days now no response and i already committed to my client, im under loss now

On 22/Nov/2018 I posted the ad :[protected] to sell my mobile phone.
Immediately a received 2 phone calls from Quikr.

In both calls they said, if I pay 1050/- Quikr will guarantee me to sell the phone for higher price. They given 100% surety.

I agreed to pay, then they sent one url to make payment and put a condition within 20 minutes payment should be done otherwise they are not guaranteed to sell the mobile.
So within 20 minutes I paid amount Rs.1050/- then they sent me a invoice for the same.(Payment id: pay_BOsmU8rlf3cbx6) (Invoice No: LF/NOV18/016890)

I waited for 3 hours, but my add not posted on premium services. I called back Quikr customer care and questioned them "why my ad not posted in premium services?", they said after 24 hours your ad will go live after verification. This condition not informed before payment. And asked me to contact Premium add section. I called again and contacted premium ads section, then they said you will receive a call from Accounts manger and disconnected the call in between.

But without using the any kind of services, without receiving a single offer from quikr, without using premium services of quikr I sold my mobile to my colleague for reasonable price.

I called several times to the persons who called me on the day to pay 1050/-, they blocked my number and didn't picking up the calls.

I sent refund request mails to '[protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.co.in'.

They provided tickets numbers #987166, #751041.

Whenever I try to track the tickets, there is no response.

Please help me in this issue, and make Quikr to refund 1050/- to me as soon as possible.

I have been writing to quikr in mail and have called them many times as i’m
Facing this weird issue with their application. I get message alerts from buyers on my phone. Wen i open my app to check (Or even click on link) the chat section is empty. This has been going on for long time and i have lost buyers. Also wen we sell on quikr they charge from buyer and sellers both. So still wondering by blocking messages from buyers wat r they going to gain... Planning to delete this app soon if they don’t resolve it.

I got an email from quikr were they mentioned as we have to convert the pdf into excel. Then i registered with the company (Delta info tech) and i paid the fee also. I have also dropped so many emails to the company but i haven't got a reply from them.

They are not doing as they have mentioned on their website and even their helpline number is also not working.

I made payment to your quikr officer on whatup. Of rs1050/- whose mobile no is [protected]. They told me to sent me the clon of s8+ with 4 gb ram and 64 gb rom. But i got the call from sale department of 512 ram and 1gb rom, and they demand for more price if i want a smart phone.

Now i got they it is a cheated company whose mobile no is [protected] and paytm wallet name is apple store. Whose link also i have. I also call to customer care they are unable to help me. So it is a cheatd company other persona are not to be cheat4ed that why in regi complaint.

As a client i got a quotation from your side for quickr jobs add post on 4300/-in which your executives told me that you will get 15 jobs post for 3 months... After payment of 4300/ i asked for activation...
Now from your side i got a surprised reply... You have to pay 215/ more...
As a client i am very much disappointed... What is your customer care policy after giving a final quotation to your client how you people asked extra money...
Please do a favour for me... Raised a return pamyent note.. Or activate my quicker job account...

And now tell me how any client believe you after giving you 215 ammount you the people not demand the more ammount...

I had bought refurbished mobile phone from quikr and when i received the mobile phone it was damaged and after waiting for almost 15 days they replaced it with another phone and this time the phone was even worse than the first one. Screen is not working properly, screen has come out of the body. I mailed the issue to [protected]@quikr.com and they rejected the complaint saying phone is checked and everything is perfect.
These people cheat customers. If you any professional ethics pls resolve the problem asap.

I have been told to sent rs 9000 for pets sale and promised to deliver, but now he is not answering the call please help me recovering my money. He is neither answering not sending the puppy help me what to do i this case, he have promised to sent puppy by bus, and now he is not responding to calls, i have tried to trace him by the account number given by him but that didnt helped i just got his address as a s rao nagar hyderabad

I got trapped into cyber crime. I had posted add to sell my furniture in quikr. I got an email from one lady. She stays in uk and want to buy double bed. With conversation through email she look very professional to me. I agreed to sell her. But she didn't want to go through quikr want to send her own movers & packers.
After final decision happened between us that she will send a cheque through courier. I asked her to transfer online but she refused but i was okay as i just need to deposit the cheque in the bank and once money will transfer to my account she will send fedex for pickup.

Friday night she sent an email to me with the airway bill and cheque.in that she mentioned you need to pay rs. 8500 for custom clearance and they will assign i agent whom you need to transfer the amount in his account. As she mentioned in her email that the cheque is of additional rs. 8500 i have paid that. Later i got an email from the agent personal id and discussion happened, he demanded for rs. 16, 800. He said it's security deposit and then rs.18000 for fedex guys demanding for security to deliver the cheque. He has shared his identity with me lufthansa airline employee and letter from federal ministry office.

She also sent me a mail stating that she would directly transfer me the amount through her associate into my account directly and asked me for my bank account details. However i avoided giving bank details saying that i will wait for the cheque to arrive.

I got into the trap and paid rs. 25, 300. Through neft / rtgs.

There is a limit to how much a customer can wait. I had opted quikr services to transfer a vehicle in my name in july with original rc and documents of my bike. It was promised that it would be done in 20 days but its almost 6 months now. There is no solve for this. Had mailed multiple times every week, there are no responses. I register on quikr for job purpose & i paid rs.1500/- registration fees. 17th october i mail to [protected]@outlook.com cancel my registration fees & send my registration fees. I paid registration fees mob no.+[protected] on this paytm number. And that time i am contact to mob no.+[protected] on this number. But from last 4 to 5 days this both mobile number is switched off. How can receive my registration fees rs.1500/-. Please help me & please give me my registration fees rs.1500/- as earliest.

So what should i do now
Now they are not responding to my calls n msgs

I am completely unhappy with the process flow and want to recall all the process we had undertaken from beginning, at least u think now that you deserve to act upon.

After that i had communicated with pramod, he is continously asking time for update, for this i can provide recorded telephonic conversations, still before two days he said he will call by 5pm, but still there is no response

6) one more important thing, quikr had collected and holding my amount in their corporate account from 15-july-2017; 10:44:45, with out giving the service, they are surely responsible for this deed.

Finally i had not been comfortable with the services, which they made pain physiologically and taken my time for repetitive follow up
They had agreed to provide the services, but they had made myself to end the process.
I want to drop the services further more and requesting them to provide the refund and original documents status and delivery as soon as possible.
Requested to initiate the refund process immediately.

Hi,

There are multiple persons posting advertisement related to data entry job for delta info tech company which has website http://www.deltainfotech.in. and their office address is 62, 6th floor, silicon tower, vasco da gama, goa - 403001, india.
They are posting that anyone can do part time job while convert data from pdf to excel.

They are asking for rs. 369 & rs. 738 as registration money through paytm wallet or paytm bank account. Their paytm number is [protected].
This is a fraud company which is taking money and then they never contact the person.
Quikr is not taking any measurement regarding these kind of fraud. They are not publishing contact number of those persons who are posting these kind of fraud advertisements.

I have paid rs. 369 on 19th november, 2018 as a part of their registration fee for the plan a which is valid for 6 months. (According to their website)

I will be highly thankful if quikr take stern action against these kinds of fraud companies and also against those persons who are posting these advertisments.

I applied on quicker for maid services. Then i got a text message from quicker in which a service provider number is mentioned. After calling on that number, your service provider gave me a paytm number ([protected]) for submitting registration fees of rs 500. I paid registration fees but did not get any made for home. Now that person has blocked my number on watsapp and phone.
I am very much disappointed.
Please take a necessary action against this fraud and also i want my money back immediately.

I am receiving sms every morning stating that i have rental dues on my name for inr 9200 and will be charged inr 50 per day as let fee.

I dont even know what is this all about, i have never done any transaction on this site. There is nothing pending. I want quikr to clear my records and delete all my information from their database. Please help in doing the same.

Firstly, how can they just list me into their database with my phone number and then they start charging me for which i am not even aware. I have seen it has been done to others too. I have tried everything no complaint number can be found on their website too.

Please help in resolving this as soon as possible.

I lost rs.3, 400 from a fake recruiter named ayan (The company name is ulike data technology) - which i got through quickr

They asked me for rs 3400 as initial security deposit... And i would get a salary of rs.22, 000 if i had converted 550 pages of pdf to word with an accuracy level of 90% or more. I heard that this company delays payment and finds mistake in our assignment, and drops accuracy level to below 75% and would not provide salary...

Quickr please stop posting scam part time jobs.
