Hello team,

I applied for ownership transfer of two wheeler in the month of august. It has almost been 5 months i didn’t get the rc card.

Ka 04 hs 0859

I’m calling quikr rto services every week and they are saying since 2 months it is in progress and you will get the card in one week.

I didn’t receive it yet.

Worst service i opted from quikr. If i would have gone to rto office i would have received in one week.

Totally wasted[protected]+ 1000) rupees on quikr. Will not trust quikr any more. Even i will recommend all my friends better not to use quikr.

For money quikr will follow up every hour since it is your necessity. When comes to customer necessity, we need to call and follow up

Shame on you guys!!!

    Dear sir

    I am from bangalore. I had taken quikr rto services in the month of october 2018 and had paid them rs 3500 for noc and name transfer in full as that was the amount they had claimed in their website communications and name transfer service. Their documentation partner had collected my documents for name transfer after many followups ph calls and mails.

    Now, no one is responding to my phone calls and the email. Always email says that need to wait for some more days. Its pathetic. Since, i cant do anything because of original rc with them. Feeling like cheated.

    I have checked rc extract, looks like they have not submitted the documents. My vehicle number ka09ma8426.

    Kindly take this as serious action. Either service to be done or provide my original documents with my money

      I ordered rto oownership transfer from quikr but as ealier complaint made for nawaz, renuka prasad and pramod i aslo made complaints.

      Nawazulla khan took my original documents. It's 4 months completed but no response from any one. They are not even returning my documents back after repeated follow-up. Renuka prasad who manages the dept is also not responding to my emails or phones.

      I shared my details and i am just waiting no calls no updates. Your company takes every thing lightly. why you will bother about customer's problem. Quikr got its full payment in advance. They took our original documents. Now we are just waiting like fools. This is how your company is.

      Finally goiing to submit a legal case against you quikr.

        4th december i saw an advertisement on beagle puppies on your website... When i texted him, he replied me to text on what's app... He told puppies are not for money but he could give it free... But he told i need to pay transportation expenses... So he gave me the second number... I payed money to 'pooja rana's account..             Received a call for job on 30th nov from quicker by a girl named sapna and since then till today they have extracted 25200 rs from us by providing false info. At first she said she would provide me a data entry job at hdfc and then at first took 1850 from me as regustration fees after that the next day she took 6500 but again they demanded 17500 but i refused to pay and asked for a refund. And today u people crossed, when i said i am all limits and directly took away 16850 by saying they will refund me my 6500 from my account. What the hell is this? Why are your company so fake? Why do you exploit people like this? U people have made trusting anyone so hard. Just disgusting. Do you people thing you all can stay in for a long run by exploiting people like this??? No ethics no moral? So disgusting behaviour. Very upset. I hope one day ur company gets bankrupt and shuts down

              I found a pet seller on quickr called Yash from rajouri garden, Delhi. He has cheated me by saying that he has a husky puppy. He demanded for 4000 rupees the first day and 10000/- second day for vaccination and transportation via a fraud company called Go ship in rajouri garden. He use to hurriedly ask money and not give me time to transfer also, use to blackmail that I won't get my puppy if I don't pay within few secs. After the payment to the shipping agency nafis anwar, once again today he demanded for 7000/- and when I went there and cross verified, there was no such shipping company in Okhla or rajouri garden as mentioned in his invoice. The entire company, puppy, everything is fake and I lost my money to this fraud. Who's answerable for this? Should I blame quickr for not verifying his details before putting add in their website? Where's the justice for this fraud? I need response to this. Has anyone else been cheated in the name of puppy the same way as well? I know this happens usually in India but I never expected quickr can be so irresponsible by not verifying the dealer details. Easily anyone can cheat any one via quickr.i think first this company should be sued if my case isn't resolved

                I chose quikr rto services to get my car's hypothecation cancelled. I submitted the documents 3 months ago. I've chased you guys multiple times. The cancellation still hasn't been done. I'm extremely unhappy with your service. Please get the work done within a couple of days or return my documents. Otherwise i'll be forced to take the legal path.

                  Sir,
                  I ordered a hp laptop battery (Ad id :[protected] through quikr. I was informed that the product will be received on 6th november because of pickup issue by quikr team. So i planned my holiday to nagercoil and came on 5th.

                  The product was received by neighboring family on 3rd itself. The product when i opened i am shocked. Its not at all the hp laptop battery. And some device also came along with it. I called the customer care to report about it.

                  But the customer care team saying the product is same as the product in image and no return policy. Hard earned money got in vain. New battery itself cost 1400 rs. I paid 700 rs for this old battery and that too waste product.

                  Quikr should act immediately and return my money.
                  I have attached image below. Your pickup team cant find the difference between the mentioned image and delivery product image. Even a lkg child can find the difference.
                  Worst experience. Cheaters. Money eating monsters...

                  The laptop battery which is received in the msi laptop battery. The owner is not picking the phone . Quikr repeatedly saying "no return policy" and contact the owner. They are not taking any severe steps to resolve my problem.

                    No one is there to refund the money as thieves do not refund stolen money. Details already shared many times but no one bother to respond...details follows

                    Dear sir/madam we wrote to [protected]@quikr.com on 13.06.18, 01.08.18, 08.08.18 & on 29.09.18 from [protected]@verticalhealthorganisation.com the following but no one turned up to response. The service fraudulently sold by mr. Rajesh [protected].

                    We ask immediate refund of our payment of rs.4900/- made to you against
                    A contract through your executive mr. Rajesh on 30.5.2018.

                    The reasons are as follows :

                    1. Incorrect service being given : we clearly explained to mr. Rajesh
                    That we sell our customers a discount health card by which they get
                    Discount on their bills raised at various health service centers like
                    Hospitals, test labs, medicines, ambulance etc. But we are getting
                    Service of home nurse.

                    I am enclosing herewith copy of contract wherein no service is

                      Have been waiting for over 8 months and still no closure for something that should have been done in 2 weeks max. Had to get an noc from mumbai rto and then re-register in bangalore, even the first leg is not done. Unfortunately the original registration document is with them. Their call centre just disconnects itself after language and department selection. Last response on email was end of oct, haven't got any response for the mails we sent post that. The relevant section in the app is also not showing this pending transaction or its status.

                        Such a disappointing and Un professional team work, I am penalized opting your service . Initially I was been prod wrong that M not co operating I still stand on the same ground level where M not getting any help for the service that I have paid instead I have waited for more than 48 hrs and have been made to run from Post to pillar .

                        Nazima Ji, I was happy that some one who is very professional and prompt in solving issue, but to my notice you are ignoring my calls . Is this what a customer service that you provide .

                        Mr Gor, Please understand M an employee I am also accountable and questioned for many things why should we go through such painful process . If you cant help tell us very clearly will find an alternate why making everyone life miserable .

                        I would appreciate if some one else handle this case, Because I don’t want to have conversation with some on who is rude and who doesn’t have brain .

                        Please look in to these things .

                        • I talk to Divya on Thursday and get an approval from team by Friday and we make an online transfer .
                        • I get a call for so called Manager stating that I will go ahead activate your account by EOD .
                        • Saturday morning I get a call from Divya to update details and she assured me that I will be working as a backend support and will filter the resume and will forward to your registered Email address.
                        • Before leaving on Saturday I spoke to Divya and she assured me that things will be taken care and also assured her that Monday if I have enough candidates by 2nd half I can start interviewing .
                        • Monday M surprised to see that not even single mail is in my inbox, as you know Monday is always a crucial day for any business .
                        • I was also surprised to see that Miss Divya was chatting me on What’s up while activating my account which is very strange.
                        • I will Definity call if I have not received what I was promised, but don’t you think I should be given right time frame and assurance.
                        • I call Divya she doesn’t answer my call and Deepak says give me 10 minutes, I will make sure your account will be active and also he assured that I will get invoice within 10 min
                        • When I don’t get a response even after 1 hour don’t you think I must call, I have called more than 10 times M not a fool If I was given a right time frame I wouldn’t have bothered .
                        • Mr Daval, I understand that we all work for an E commerce company, if I was given a right TAT whey would I have even bothered .
                        • I have worked as an Spock in Escalation team an reputed firm we believe in what we talk and we assure the same to customers.

                        Daval, what annoys me is after I get a mail from you Deepak calls, I clearly said I don’t need to talk him, Then a guy not sure his name he says m calling from Service team and will activate your account and he was asking for OTP and was repeatedly asking what job profiles that M looking for, finally he confirmed that your account will get activated in shortly. Which didn’t happen .

                        After 1 hour Miss Monica calls and says she will activate her account and again she says she takes me through OTP activation process what Sykes me she wants to in details about the Job Description .
                        When everything is been sent to Divya and Deepak why do we get same question asked again and again, you tell me wont this Skye when some has waited for a long day and nothing is done and still going in circles .

                        The only best thing that happen throughout this conversation is Miss Nazima comes in to picture such a professional lady she in fact took matter and very convincing but I do not what went wrong.

                        I know it’s a very lengthy and bugging Email for someone who starts a day with such mail Imagine even m force to do the same .

                        Let’s try to help each other to build a strong team, I believe a strong relationship builds only on trust but here every thing went haywire.

                        @Deepak, Dare you blame others to overcome your mistakes. If you had done your job diligently why would I questioned your caliber or have such lengthy conversation, which m doing still, We have lot many things to be done than breaking our head with people who doesn’t have brains with what they talk . ( Please stop blaming on someone when your work is not done ) how can some one talk like this .

                        Have courage to Admit if you have done something wrong rather pulling other to steams. Take it as a strong feedback it will help you in your personal and professional role .

                        Mr Dhaval, I appreciate you taking time and helping me, folks should understand that with you knowing matter in detail you firstly apologized then you started assuring me which are one of the great qualities of Manager.

                            I took a package from quikr on 22/oct/2018 for the purpose of selling my 1bhk home at pune. I paid an amount of rs1325/-.
                            Dnyaneshwar from mumbai called and he assured that he would be the one to followup on it and would coordinate on it.

                            I have not received even one prospects or leads with proper contacts for the posting that was done or for the package that was taken.
                            I am regularly following up and keep calling up dnyaneshwar j, ganesh (His manager) and one arvind jaiser and has been writing mails to all of them, but there is no response.
                            Even wrote a mail to pranay chulet and others on 26/nov/2018, there is no response from any of them.

                            It seems, the company is looting the customers in some way and not providing proper services. This is a fraudulent way to earn the money by the company management and they should be brought to the notice of the general public for dereliction and for providing inadequate services.

                                My name is husna on friday i received a call from one quickr sale executive bhavna her mobile number is +[protected] "she convinced me to buy a premium policy for the add i posted and she gave me an limited offer price of 750 rupees and promised me that she will definitely sale my phone within 4 days and when i asked her what if my phone is not sold within 4 days she said this will never happened that phone will not sale in 4_5 days and also u dont have to do anything it's our job to sale your phone in good price and also we are doing this work since ten years".
                                It's been 4 days i have not received a single offer from your side and when i called bhavna for a refund of my money she blocked my number when i tried calling from another number she is not picking my call.
                                Now i want a refund of my money of 750 rupees i have also raised a request at your customer contact centre one lady is a team leader khanum she told me that she raised a request to sales team now i want a resolution of my escalation asap
                                Or i can file a complaint against your company in consumer court and sue your company i have all call records of fake promises done by your executive bhavna.

                                  Please look up to this matter as i have heard that jobs on quikr are nothing else than fake. I got a call today saying that my profile has been shortlisted for the the job at nbc bearings at jaipur.

                                  I got a message from quikr wherein the number given was [protected] and when i called the person i was talking to was radhika. She did asked me for the refundable amount of 1800 in the name of security which was quite suspicious to me so i did not deposit that money. But i want that a quick action should be taken kn order to remove the fake job postings on the platform and to derail this scam.

                                      I am from bangalore. I had taken quikr rto services in the month of october 2018 and had paid them rs 3500 for noc and name transfer in full as that was the amount they had claimed in their website communications and name transfer service. Their documentation partner had collected my documents for name transfer after many followups ph calls and mails.

                                      Now, no one is responding to my phone calls and the email. Always email says that need to wait for some more days. Its pathetic. Since, i cant do anything because of original rc with them. Feeling like cheated.

                                        I took quikr rto service for my bike registration. Initially, quikr team was very eager and was contacting multiple times to use their services but as soon as the payment was done, there was no response.

                                        After a month and a half, quikr agreed to refund my money and on 17th oct 2018, they acknowledged my bank details.

                                        It has been now 3rd december and i still haven't got my refund. Everytime i mail or call, thier is just a standard answer that the issue has been escalated but no action have been taken till now.

                                        The party contacted me through whatsapp. He asked me to pay Rs. 8, 000/-. I paid the same. But he is asking for more money. The rate mentioned in quikr was only 5000. but i paid 8000. But still he asking for more.

                                        In one screen it shows 4 applicants and in the screen it is showing 2. it is also showing that all the credits have been used 15/15 unlock contacts used..

                                        Something is wrong...How is this possible?
