[Resolved] Quikr — cannon 80 d that I paid for and never received the product | |||
Hi team, This is in reference to a scam i fell into. On 25th jan i got an email from [protected]@gmail.com regarding a cannon 80d camera i was looking for at a cheaper rate and i was able to find some options through the quickr portal so i registered and started looking for cameras and i selected a few and i pitched my price for a few cameras and then a day later on 25th i got an email from above mentioned email address stating thank you for contacting us and in the email i was given the whole camera package in 12000 rupees including shipping and customs. When asked i was told that they operate from us and was given the assurance that the camera will be delivered to me in 24hrs after i make the partial payment 6000 in advance and 6000rs after i get the camera. So i paid 6000 to this account (Bank of maharashtra account holder name miss viboli account number [protected] ifsc code mahb0001722 micr code[protected] and after the payment was done he said he will send me the dhl receipt as it was being delivered by dhl. Then after some time i was told that there was problem in shipping the order and they have packed 3 units of cameras instead of one. And i need to pay them another 6000 rupees since the shipping company will not release the product. I paid the same to them. After that i got a message on whatsapp from hameed[protected] and said that the product has reached india and it has been held by the airport authority and they do not want to release it and i need to pay 8000 rs in order to get the product i hesitated to pay but he kept pressurizing me so i paid it to this account (Account holder: sandeep kumar kol a/c no.[protected], sbi rewa mauganj branch ifsc sbin0010827) so i paid them and then he said i need to pay 3500 again since i delayed in making the pament. So i paid that too. And after that i was assured that i will receive the amount then i was asked to pay import charges for 23500 rs which i paid again to this account (Account holder: poukinthonliu, account number:[protected] ifsc code: sbin0006486). After which i was told that i will get the package by 6 pm and then they started asking for more money and said that i need to pay 7500 for all the three packages unless he will go back and if i delay i will have to pay more amount. And all the amount i loaned from my friend and i am 47000 in debt because of these guys hameed[protected] and ali cont. ([protected]). And i blame quickr for keeping such clients and i want quickr to pay my debts at the soonest possible.
