[Resolved] Quikr — Defective product delivered | |||||
Dear sir, I ordered for unboxed phone yu yureka plus and i get refurbished phone (Used one) with many defect. I called on the no. Provided on invoice each time i got the msg quikr will come in touch in next 24 hrs. But time get passed i awaited for two to three days for their reply so i can get replacement for the handset but they called on the day when replacement guarantee is expired saying that no. Which is given on invoice is closed. But how i will decide that no. Is closed i'm getting that reply of getting in touch soon now they are saying sorry replacement guarantee is over.
