[Resolved]  Quikr — Delayed payment & poor customer service and no support

This is in regard to an ad i posted on Quikr (Ad Id :[protected] on 28th December 2015, it was for a bed. Bed was picked on 29th December 2015 & Delivered on 30th December 2015. Fortunately i was in touch with the buyer because of which i was able to find out that there is something really wrong with Quikr. As agreed Quikr was suppose to pay me within 3 to 5 working day. Post delivery of bed i got confirmation from the buyer that she is happy with the bed. I waited for few days but as i was not getting any updated, i called Quikr on 2nd January 2016. On 2nd they said that the item was returned from buyer, i verified with the buyer and confirmed to Quikr Customer Care that the bed is delivered and the buyer is happy with the bed. Customer care confirmed that there is some error form delivery team and i should get my money by 5th January 2016. I waited and called back on 6th 7th and so on but always get multiple answers, some says that bed was returned some says it is processed, will be credited tomorrow even from the supervisor's. All i have got from Customer support are lies, fake commitments, never got any call back (except once from Rishikash) and hangup numerous times. On 8th after talking to several "Customer Care Executives" and after being hung up several times, i finally got hold of Rishikash Valai, who said that payment wrongly got credited to the buyer (I guess charge back). Again fortunately i was in touch with buyer, who verified it and confirmed there was not wrong payment/credit from Quikr, another lie as she never even got a single call from Quikr, enquiring "Wrongly Credited amount from Quikr". I even found out Quikr office in Okhla, hopping to get some solution, but they said they only look after paid ads and that to for real estate. Their Sales Manager (Who said he joined Quikr 1.5 months ago) suggested me to go to police and file a complain as its related to money. He also advice not to work with Quikr ever again. I felt as if i was dealing with goons. Rishikash confirmed that i will get my money by 13th or 14th January 2016 but still I'm not sure. Please advice what to do? Do i need to make a Police complain? I have no one to talk, as customer care do not asnwer propelly, they lie, they give wrong information and also denies forwarding calls to Supervisor/Manager. I tried going to their office and also tried calling their office nos. but no help.
