[Resolved] Quikr — got faulty air conditioner from quikr and no one responding properly | |||||
I bought one panasonic 1.2 ton air conditioner from certified quikr product through the quikr doorstep process, they promised that the ac is unused and its brand new but when its delivered the installation person found the ac is in used condition and it's dead now. It's not working now. After several complain and mails to the seller, technician, supervisor, warehouse manager and quikr customer care no one is taking this matter in priority. All are just saying it will be shorted out wait for 48 hours. The complain number which i got from quikr is [protected]. I want my money back as the ac is not in working condition. The ac comes with 7 days of replacement and one year of one assist warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||||

From yesterday I am listening the same words from you guys but they didn't came with any kind of resolution till now. I think now I have to go with my lawyer through legal procedure
