[Resolved] Quikr India — No Replacement or Refund in QuikrX | |||||
My order ID : 10044320 After posting the complaint in this forum the Quikr has arranged to take my faulty mobile back through Delhivery Courior. Hence I have returned the xiaomi mi3 mobile for replacement on november 13 and the item has delivered on 19th in Quikr office.I have made 20 more calls to know regardind the current status of my mobile. Everytime the CC representative will say the concerned department will call me back within 2hr. After long 10 days till today i didnt get any confirmation call from quikt, is it will replace or amount will refund.. Same is the case with me. Replacement order was confirmed on 3/12/15, but still order status is "confirmed". I m guessing when it will get dispatched & then will be delivered to me finally.
