[Resolved] Quikr — irresponsible and carelessness by quikr executives | |||
Dear mr. Pranay, Is it surprising to see a corporate like quikr deals on complaints in such a way. Neither these mails are reverted nor any call from nodal office towards resolution of the concern raised through this compliant number 746106 raised on 28.04.2019. One of your sales executive / representative mr. Sameer, who is known to me had taken my bajaj avenger bearing no. Ka04 hp 9352, as i wished to sell my bajaj avenger. Said executive is working with quikr as i knew from almost an year. Hence, i had handed over him the vehicle and he took over all the documents from my end confirming me that he would be selling the same through quikr. Later, even after a month vehicle was not sold then i enquired your outlet executive at hebbal. Mr. Mahesh on 26.11.2018 and he confirmed that vehicle is standing there from nearly a month. Instantly, i visitited that office wherein mr. Sameer was also present at that time and i saw the vehicle in your outlet on 26.11.2018. I had a sigh of relief and satisfaction as my vehicle was standing in quikr, as i had an element of doubt on mr. Sameer. After two to three months mr. Sameer just confirmed me my vehicle is not getting disposed as it is in very bad condition. I happen to visit your quikr office again on 28.04.2019. I found my vehicle not there and when i called mr. Sameer, he told me vehicle was in very bad condition and he has taken it for repair to his friend’s place. When i happened to enquire with him furiously and told him to give back my vehicle and warned him if not i will go to police, he started abusing me with bad words and asked me to go anywhere and do whatever i want. Later i received calls from unknown person threatening me to settle it outside and not go the sameer’s office. Whenever, i happened to call quikr, immediately i get call and message from that person and on 29.04.2019, when i visited quikr office at manyata tech park, immediately after leaving i got a call from that person, when i did not attend his calls, there were strange messages from his end to have talks and get settle this matter outside. When i called your hebbal outlet, mr. Ejaz spoke to me. On enquiring about logs of in and out of my vehicle from their quikr premises, they asked me to contact mr. Sameer itself and they don’t have any records and it will be with mr. Sameer, they denied sharing their supervisor number and whatever issue has to be resolved at their end itself. I am left with no choice as i am being afraid of threatens from mr. Sameer and his associate who called me from unknown number and insisting me not to go to sameer’s office. I am worried as that particular vehicle is not there with quikr and your executive mr. Sameer is misusing the quikr platform and bluffing me by possessing my vehicle under his custody directly from quikr without my knowledge. As confirmed by mr. Ejaz vehicle still stands in my name. I hope vehicle details are captured when some vehicle enters quikr outlet and when it is taken out. If not quikr executives can misuse vehicle of trusted customer for unacceptable activities or for their own benefits. I need a detailed information as to when was my vehicle entered the quikr outlet and when was it taken out from quikr (Both mr. Mahesh and mr. Ejaz confirmed me that the vehicle was in quikr outlet premises for almost a month) so as to take this case forward with regulatory authorities, now that i am posting this compliant, mr. Sameer or his associates will try to threaten me, i may have escalate this issue further. When i call customer care for any support, they ask me to send a mail whereas mails are not getting reverted at all. Verified Support May 22, 2019 Quikr Customer Care's response Hi, Aslam, you have asked Sameer to sell your bike but you did not do it through Quikr platform so we can’t be responsible for this since the deal was done on the personnel front, not on official parameters.
