Quikr — no proper response

HI as i given cheque of 7500rs on november 2014, in contract of diyaprint. but still i didnt get any single ads, but still they had not taken any step and i had complaint numerous times, however they is no proper response.just reply cal back one hrs later or system problem, . But still i dint get any reply. Even i had register in justdail.askme.indiamart, sulekha, yellow pages.justsee. comparing to all i dint see worst service like quikr.
