[Resolved] Quikr — not receive buyer payment in my bank account there is some misunderstanding. | |||
Dear sir, I am ketan n. Tare i was posting ad on quikr.com my ad id is[protected]. My mobile no. Is [protected] / [protected]. And my mobile samsung a7 sold on quikr rs. 6000. Buyer done payment to on 23 december 2017 that time i received the mail and through the mail i was feel my bank details. But quikr not send my payment because quickr policy is whenbuyer accept the product then payment released to by quickr. Buyer accept the product 27th december 2017 and i received the mail and their option tranfer money i was choose that option 27 december 2017. But today i was updated my passbook but quikr not send payment and not showing in my passbook. I was call to quikr customer care and i told my problem but they told mi that time tranfer money i was choose urban ladder voucher not to transfering account and cut my call. I was trying to call but not received more time. There is somemisunderstanding to quikr i am not select any urban ladder voucher how is this posdible. Who want rs. 6000 voucher i am a poor people not reach people. I was choose tranfer money in my account. Please help i want my money back. I dont want urban ladder voucher and i am not choose urban ladder voucher that time please please help mi. Urban ladder is furnituresite not electronic. And i want electronic product like mobile because now i dont have mobile i need mobile. When urban is mobile selling site then i buy mobile in urban ladder site but they sale only furniture and home decorators. Please help mi quickr team give mi my money back.
