[Resolved] Quikr — ordered oneplus 3t but quikr sent oneplus 3 taken amount advance

Ticket no:[protected] dear sir /madam

My name is rajesh register mail/ phone [protected]@rediffmail.com / [protected] i order onepluse 3t mobile advance paid 12990 to quikr. But quikr sent different model and different phone lower. Model of oneplus 3 my real order is oneplus 3t. After receive wrong item i mail to [protected]@quikr.com with all details and proof of wrong item i recived. I get reply from quikr that they pickup item and replace it but after 8 days gone no reponse from quikr. And customer service number also not attend and respond my call. I feel cheated from quikr and helpless please help.
