[Resolved] Quikr — Payment refund issue | |||||
I am a buyer on quikr. I had payment for ad[protected]Sony xperia c3 dual) i paid for this product rs.3601. But seller had cancel this pick up so i got message and call from quickr that i will get this total money in return till 5-7 days but now it has been more days. I did not get any money from quikr till now. I paid money with paytm for this product with transaction id number [protected]. This transaction has been cancel on 21 apr 2017. I am calling to customer from 3-4 days but every person telling me different reason and telling me i have to wait. Why not i am getting this money? 2. Registered Mobile No. of Ankush Bose [protected]. Near about a month lapsed but amount was not been credited in his account. Several conversation was made by my son, my wife and myself with the customer care and always there is a excuse that we are working on this issue and the same amount will be credited.
3. Again I discussed the matter telephonically with customer care, they give me one payment ref No.[protected] and advise me to discuss with Bank but Branch Manager respective Bank totally refused that they have no business with that no to search out the amount. The same was informed to your customer care then they told ARA No will be given but no such no has been given to me or my son.
4. Recently your Team Quikr has sent several message like "' This is in reference to the concern regarding your refund amount of Rs 5099. We apologize the inconvenience and are sorry for the delay in refund. With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that the issue has been highlighted and taken care by our internal team on a priority. We shall revert you back soon after we receive an update on the same. We appreciate your patience and apologize again for inconvenience caused and will make sure that this instance is not repeated."'
5. Now may I know who is responsible towards crediting this amount for Rs 5099. Who will compensate for such a abnormal delay. I became surprise as I never been witnessed such an irregular episode being a Group A Gazetted Officer in Defence.
6. In view of above may I request you to look into this matter on TOP PRIORITY and arrange to find out the reason for the delay caused and arrange to credit the amount immediately to avoid legal complecations. My son Ankush Bose has sent you a mail giving his Bank details wef 13 Nov to till date from where it can easily be seen that Rs 5099/- has not yet been credited.
