[Resolved] Quikr — quikr doorstep complete payment not received for sold product | |||||
I sold my airtel hotspot huwaei dongle through quikr doorstep on 7th 2017. They assured me that once i deliver the product, i would get the payment of rs 1043 on my a/c and rs 100 as paytm balance. I agreed on to this by discarding other customers knowing that quickr doorstep would provide me stated amount after delivering the product. I got the payment of rs 1043 in my a/c on 14th july but i didn't get any paytm balance of rs 100 as promised by them before delivering the product. I am chasing the person whose email id is shivraj. [protected]@quikr.co.in from the past 5 days and i am getting no reply from him. Even i tried calling their customer care but everytime either they make me wait for 15 - 20 minutes or call got disconnected automatically. Was this information helpful? | |||||
