I opted for quikr rto service for ownership transfer of a vehicle on 29th Nov 2018. Even after 8 months they were not able to fulfill the required service hence i requested a refund and return of documents. I have received the documents back but they have not refund the money yet. There is no proper response via email and phone calls either. The support staff Ramitha always disconnects the phone call and gives false commitment. I would like to raise this concern here and hope to receive a possible solution before reaching out to consumer court for a refund and requesting a penalty to be imposed on quikr rto service.
