Quikr — refund of money | |||
I have bought a mobile from quikr. The product was not working properly. So I returned the product through professional courier. The product was delivered April 1st week. Till now money is not yet refunded. Whenever I call quikr customer care they postpone the refund date. Their way of communication is not good. Product amount = Rs 13000 Courier charge = Rs 260 Total amount = Rs 13260 Kindly help me to get the refund amount. Was this information helpful? | |||

I want to purchase sony tv through quikr. I offered the seller tv amount 6500 and the seller accepted also.After that i got a call from quikr customer care and told me that you transfered your amount to our account and I transfered also. After 2 hour, same person call me and told that the product is sold that and your amount will be refunded.BUt till date my amount is not refunded.please suggest me what i have to do now.
