[Resolved] Quikr — rto registration activities still not completed

Paid rs 46819 on 23rd june 18 for registration of my goa rto registered vehicle to pune rto (Mh). Till date there had been so many reminders and communication sent to the quikr rto service officials, but quikr india pvt ltd (Rto services) haven't initiated the payment against the challan vide application no mh[protected] dated 23/8/18, till date, and after every email i had been asked to hold patience and they are stilling probing and enquiring and pondering on the issue, but they are not releasing the payment, and i fear that due to delay i shall be charged extra amount for which i am not at all responsible for the delay. Their last communication is also attached, as if we thought that the entire process will not be completed within 5 months, out of which 3 months nearly they have held back the payment beyond any valid reason.

Updated by supratik basu On 23rd june 2018, paid an amount of rs 46819.00 for re registration of my goa registered vehicle to pune (Mh12), noc was lapsed, so huge fine had to be paid as per rto norms.
Initially very good response from door document collection till inspection of the vehicle which quickly took place within 2 months, but there after nothing is moving.
Repeated requests, reminders, emails were all being handled and answered diplomatically. Nothing materialises till date.
Thereafter it was learned that quikr rto services did not pay the challan amount at all. They are just lingering things and forcing penalty due to delay..
Several reminder requests 6-8 in total all went for diplomatic stances, that they are seeing to it.

They claim that they have resolved the complaint...

But nothing has moved an inch there after...To my knowledge...

They desparately wanted a breakthrough by cheating several CUSTOMERs...May god bless them and their family...
