[Resolved] Quikr — The worst service I ever seen in my life | |||||
Dear, This is going beyond tolerance now. If you can't provide services then stop it. I have made my payment on 30thapril till now neither i have received the item. When i contacted more than 40times your team every time they offer me a callback but till i haven't gt any call. Your team's lack co-ordination. Delivery team doesn't know anything neither scheduling team knows. And today the date is 9may, still the item is with a quikr doorstep, the coustmer service is the worst, quikr team cut the call in the mid of the conversation, when i next time they put me hold for 45mins saying that transferring the call to their senior. Quikr you are in the stone age. You are not fit to service people to this morden age. Quikr please sell your company, go and work in "amazon" or "flipkart" and learn how to serve a coustmer.
