- The service provider promised a service with 1 caretaker to be available 24*7 in the household
- The leader named as Shivaprasad - +91-[protected] / [protected] took around 6700 rupees with 2000 rupees as registration fees for the service and left a woman named Shashikala at the household.
- the minute Shivaprasad left, the woman Shashikala did not help at all - she did not even eat the food provided to her
- to avoid issues related to health (because she avoided food ) we sent her back to the agency (booked ola auto to magadi road bus stop) - ola bill reference : CRN[protected]
- The agency head Shivaprasad did not return the full amount even though no one gave any service
- He returned 4000 rupees by cash and did not return the remaining charge of 2700 even though the daily charges for the person is only 600 per day and the person did not even stay
