I had received the defective lenovo phab 2 plus mobile phone with missing accessories

The following problems were observed

The mobile is not in the category of new —
It has dents and so many scratches
(Quikr sold this mobile as in excellent condition)

There is a pattern lock and mobile could not be opened

The battery was totally drained

Mobile charger was missing

Mobile sim tray was missing

I have communicated through emails and calls to customer service since i received the mobile on september 11 2018
They assured me for reverse pick up couple of times
But the reverse pickup has not been done

The local courier people are well acquainted to me,,,, they confirmed,,, they have not received any intimation for this reverse pick up

I had to purchase another mobile as i have come to know now that quikr certified phone company is not genuine like amazon flipkart and snapdeal

Yesterday also,,, i called quikr customer care at 3:30 p. M. And asked to transfer to supervisor but the customer care person was rude and told me that all the supervisors were on break and would not be in till 5 o'clock

I would be much happy if i could get the refund of this mobile phone to your forum
