Railrestro — not refunded amount | |||||
I ordered food from rairrestro through irctc site. Order no-1571140 in the name of rajendra sharma to be delivered in raipur station and it was prepaid. But the order was not delivered so i asked for refund by calling on the no [protected] on the same date of the order. They agreed for refund and said they will refund the money in the bank acccount which they failed to do even after 1 week. I enquired after 1 week and they said they will paytm me as they could not refund in bank. I waited for 2 days and from then i continuously called them every other day and they were dragging the refund. Lastly they said please talk to irctc after 2 weeks. Irctc also do not entertain any refund after 15 days. They simply made me fool by hiding information. Please help me get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
