Railway Parcel — 2 parcels missing out of 4 booked

My 2 parcels are missing out of 4 which i booked from delhi to bhagalpur. I have complained this in indian railways and no one is helping me. Booked on 30/11/2019 via farakka express (Train no. - 13464) under prr no. - [protected]. Please help and contact me on [protected] asap. These are my parcels and my name is rakesh pahwa booked it through railway agent. Sender name is sanjeev kumar from delhi and these parcels were sent to bhagalpur. We have lost 2 parcels in transit. We are complaining about this matter to northern railways and the railway agent. But now they have instructed to log a formal complaint. I hope this is the right platform i am using and i will get help to locate my missing 2 parcels. I have mentioned my name and number because these are my parcels and sender is the intermediary for me. Hence, i will expect any reply to be sent directly to me.
