Railway Parcel — bike

Sir. I was booked my bike no ap 31bz 2633 from secunderabad to sriganganagar on 19 nov 2017 vide railway receipt no a2026654 and no [protected]. I got sms that the bike reached at hazarat nizamuddin on 21st nov 2017 morning 0420hr but thereafter neither status nor bike received. I asked at sriganganagar rly station 05 times they saying bike not received. Please send the bike at the earliest
