Railway Parcel — did not get parcel

Rajdhani parcel service in sachkhand express which runs aurangabad maharashtra to bhopal madhya pradesh on dated[protected] on 14:17 pm which was supposed to come bhopal on[protected] at 12 am in night i got msg also of lodding i went today to bhopal station to take my parcel then i came to know that my parcel has go along with train respective person's told they were unable to unload the parcel and told me to come on monday again.
Railway station is approximately 15-20 km from my place i already wasted 300 buks for going and coming today i have to spend more money to go again and we planned to parcel the scooty in that way so it will be my holiday now monday is my working. It is management fault why i have to spend more money time and energy for foult of someone else's??? Terrific service
