Railyatri — incomplete order and poor food quality

I had ordered 4 deluxe thalis, 3 mini thali and 3 paneer roti combo and one dal fry and one mixed veg. However, i didn’t receive the three paneer rotis combo and dal fry, and was charged full for this, which was approximately 1900/- the food quality was pathetic, with the rotis hardly cooked. Instead of jeera rice it was plain rice. The khadi was just yellow water with a tinge of curd. No taste whatsoever order nos. 1794888, 1794990. Food was delivered at bhopal station in telangana express at 22:40. I want refund for undelivered food.
