[Resolved]  Railyatri — railway refund

I had booked ticket from this app and as there is flood in mumbai and train is late for more than 3hours. I postponed my plan and applied for refund 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of train. The train too had not reached its destination as it is cancelled at some other station.
So, i request you to go through my issue and provide me the refund as early as possible.
