Railyatri — Request for Refund - Double Debit for Ticket Booking (Transaction ID: pinelabs.[protected]@hdfcbank )

Sir, My payment was debited twice, but the tickets were only successfully booked with the second transaction.

Details of the transactions are as follows:

First Transaction (Failed): Money debited but tickets not booked.

Transaction ID: pinelabs.[protected]@hdfcbank

Date: 12 August 2025

Amount: 5084 rupees.

Second Transaction (Successful): Tickets booked.

Transaction ID: railyatri.[protected]@hdfcbank

PNR Number: [protected]

Date: 12 August 2025

Amount: 5084 rupees.

I even mailed at [protected]@railyatri.in and tried contacting customer support but they are not responding, please resolve this issue.
