Railyatri — urgent: refund not received for failed booking

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a refund that I have not yet received.
railyatri mentioned that you got credited in your account but i did not recieve any refund from them

I attempted to book a ticket through RailYatri platform more than 3 WORKING DAYS ago, but unfortunately, the booking failed. Despite the failed booking, the payment was processed. According to RailYatri policy, I understand that I am eligible for a refund in such cases.

However, it has been over Three days since the incident and I have not received any communication or the refund itself. This situation has caused me considerable inconvenience and I am anxious to resolve it as soon as possible.

RailYatri not responding in emails as well as on calls

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and provide an update on the status of my refund. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
