Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — Payment deducted from account but no bill receipt is generated and bses is asking for payment again

I have paid the bill last month for my CA number, however, the same is not reflected in the receipts on my account with the bses. They are seeking for me to pay the amount again with penalty and have threatened to disconnect the electricity supply. The money which I paid has not been reverted to my account and demand for further enhanced payment is now reflecting as pending in my account. Please, help.
