An online payment of Rs Rs 2960.00 was made by me to M/s BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd on 06 Aug 2015 thru Netbanking from my ICICI Bank a/c.The bank has cleared the payment vide their Transaction ID [protected] and the amount has been deducted from my a/c. However BSES, vide their Transaction Reference No.DICI[protected] have intimated that they are unable to ascertain receipt of the payment. The amount is still being reflected as an unpaid electricity...

Dear All My residence is C-209A/1, Savitri Nagar 110017 behind Relince Fresh, There is electric pole in the middle of my residence gate touching my house it’s a high tension pole. There are lot of new line which are assigned to new customers. I appreciate changing of old meters with the new electric meters which was done at my premises long back. As per Copmpany's special drive, old electric connection wires are being replaced with new yellow coulour wire from pole to the meter in the area. But mine is still pending which causes frequent power break-up due to old wire. It will be a wise step if action is taken on priority to replace the wire at the earliest. My address and other...

the problem is that the electricity poll which is installed only the distance of 2 foot of my balcony .The connection of this poll wires are not properly joined and even not covered so any one touched accidently them and the cover of distribution box installed at the poll always remains open , the short circuit and fire took place every one or two days. and its also leak heavy current . Children playing in the street can accidently touch...

I am Madhumita, my CRN no is [protected]. My meter got burnt on10th of October at night. First I made a complain through phone then on 11th I went to the CRPF Najafgarh office to complain about my burnt meter. One of the output connection was burnt. I was told that I'll have to pay a nominal charge for that single connection.
I was called at MMG laboratory at Pushp Vihar, Delhi on 11/11/09 because the burnt meter was to be checked...

the above said meter was installed at my residence, the bill has been raised for the month of April - June09 for 1340 units and the amount was Rs. 4900.00 against which now I received bill for the month of July - August09 for 2942 units and the amount of Rs. 13500 to be paid to BSES.

There is no check system on this how the general public proove that the digital electric meters which has been fixed by BSES Delhi at my residence...
