[Resolved]  Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — request for clarification and rectification of excess electricity bill

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding unusually high charges reflected in our recent electricity bills.

For CA No.[protected], we have received a bill of ₹5140, out of which ₹2699.46 is listed under "Other Charges" and only ₹1572 is for the actual unit consumption. We have no previous dues or pending amounts, so we kindly request clarification and removal of these unexplained charges.

Similarly, for CA No.[protected]in my father's name), we have received a bill of ₹1740, which includes ₹604.60 as "Other Charges." This seems inconsistent, especially considering that last month we consumed 385 units and were billed ₹1100, while this month the consumption is 383 units, yet the bill is significantly higher.

We respectfully request your assistance in reviewing and correcting both of these bills. If the discrepancies are not resolved promptly, we will be compelled to escalate the matter further through the appropriate legal and consumer forums.
