Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — rectification in bill.

My ca is[protected]. I already paid bill amount of rupee 12940 for month feb and jan 2020 on 15 march 2020 using google pay by scanning qr code that is given over the printed bill and the transaction id[protected] against this bill is
Bses center is not rectifying my bill of month march and april.
They charged me full jan feb march and april 2020 bill by mentioning covid issue. They told me to cut my electricity if i am unable to make payment. I already write an application regarding the same but they are not taking any proper action and they are not even taking my application. I am unable to pay that much of amount.
Please check and rectified my bill.
