Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — Repeatedly rejecting my request and every time for New Electricity Meter Connection

Respected Sir / Ma’am

I have requested for a new meter connection for my 1 Room set flat on third floor, Property bearing no. 179, forming part of khasra no. 244, village Sultanpur new Manglapuri New Delhi-110030. My request number is ONSKT[protected] Dated 10-May-2022. Inspite of fulfilling all the requirements the BSES is repeatedly rejecting my request and every time they quote a new reason. I visited the BSES office two times and was given a test report and ELCB etc as per their requirement on 06 July 2022 and I was advised that my meter will be installed on 12 July 2022 Tuesday. I got to know from customer care today i.e on 15 July 2022 that your request has been rejected, no call or message of rejection i received for your information, meters are installed on both the floors in that building i.e first and second floor. My society is fully electrified and almost all the flats are having a BSES connection.

My husband is working out of the station and get leave in long intervals. I live with my father-in-law, and he is a senior citizen. I also have an 8-month-old baby. It’s getting very difficult to chase up the matter. Please do the needful for getting installed a new meter connection. I want you to process my request on an urgent basis as I have to shift there by the end of this month as I live on rent. So, I request you to install a new meter immediately. I look forward to hearing back and seeing what action you take. I have attached the details along with this. I shall be really thankful for a quick response considering my problem.
