I have 300 shares of raymond synthetics ltd. I have the share certificates in physical form. Later rsl was taken over by recron and ipcl and ipcl was taken over by reliance industries. How to track the rsl share transfer to ril? How can i find that ril issued me new shares or not. Please advise me to whom i contact (With contact no.) for this issue. We must collectively complain to SEBI AND FINANCE MINISTER TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF MANY INVESTORS IN RAYMONDS SYNTHETIC. If any advocate invested we will be in a position to get the same resolved and can compensate the voluntarily or collectively for the efforts put in. I am senior citizen and not having patience to correspondence nor to search for such helpful person. Regular investors will be useful. Someone should come forward for follow up and pass on the info to all.
I feel that we are eligible even for bonus, dividend etc from day one. If I am right we will be getting a huge amount. Government should compensate from INVESTORS PROTECTION FUND. Pl find out.
