I'm madhava i have paymented in texas app to irctc connect but the amount is credited to ur bank but not received by the irctc i have mentioned reference ids

Phonepe transaction id: hdfec5bffcfb310425f86c1b611e6a76eb6

Please chake the mistake and refund my amount to my account

We checked the transactions with reference number [protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. If funds have been debited from your a/c, you will receive the credit within 10 working days, failing which please drop us a mail on [protected]@razorpay.com and we will have this looked into.

Am book and canceled my tatkal ticket by using razorpay on 10/05/2018 but after 8 days not received refund amount rs 375 .
