I was recently sent a series of messages (screenshot attached) by Razorpay which were positioned as a click-bait. I don't owe Bajaj Finserv anything. So, why is Razorpay sending me a message which is positioned as if I need to pay Bajaj Finserv? I'm not only sent the original message but also a reminder which looks as if I am missing an EMI or an outstanding payment. This is exactly the kind of malpractice we're warned against to avoid fraud....

While booking tickets through IRCTC on dated[protected], chose option of Net Banking for transaction, the payment was done via razorpay and the money got deducted but the tickets were not booked. When tried contacting customer service of razorpay there was no response.
If transactions can't be done via razorpay on irctc it should be removed from there as a payment gateway. IRCTC transaction ID: [protected] & Razorpay payment id: pay_K7Ok6qNnwbRxdE....

I had applied for razorpay payment gateway services and i had given them every document they asked but they rejected my account for pointless reason,

i had requested them multiple times to re- review my account and every time i get the same email stating that we cannot activate your account,

I was making a contribution of 10 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Razor pay payment gateway today (1 Aug, 2022) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.
