There is a online app OMG Burse that is doing order grabbing . The app used the razorpay as a payment gateway and after we sending the amount to merchant, he closed the company and ran away with the money of 3.2L.
Few questions to Razorpay:
So as the razorpay is involved as a gateway, there are serious questions or concerns about the security of Razorpay gateway.
1. If you are just a payment gateway, what kind of sanity checks were you doing before you accept someone as a client?
2. Do you have the details of the merchant?
3. OMG burse team has looted my 3.2L rupees using your payment gateway. Do you understand that ? You are a trusted brand between a client and merchant.
4. Provide the contact details of the merchant that you are transacting with?
5. Razorpay is a trusted company between a client and merchant and you are saying to contact the merchant when there is a loss of my 3.2L hard earned money.
6. What kind of merchant details do you maintain as a payment gateway?
7. Either provide us the merchant details or pay us the money
8. What kind of trust should we keep on razorpay when such fraud happens?
9. Are you following the RBI guidelines? What kind of terror activities are you encouraging?
10. Anybody can start a online business and use the funds for their illegal activities like terrorism like this OMG burse scam, ,
11. I see you have already refunded one of the victims for that. PFA.
OMG burse / summertime / sweet bean technologies have looted our 3.2 L of money indirectly through your payment gateway..
EITHER SETTLE OUR MONEY THAT WE HAVE SEND IT TO YOUR GATEWAY '[protected]@ICICI' OR PROVIDE US THE MERCHANT DETAILS. THE MERCHANT IS NO MORE EXISTING. YOU SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE KIND OF ACTIVITIES.
IF YOU DO NOT REFUND OUR MONEY IN NEXT 7 DAYS, WE ARE GOING TO COURT THROUGH OUR LEGAL WAYS.
YOUR COMPANY WILL BE CLOSED FOR ENCOURAGING SUCH FRAUD ACTIVITIES.
