    I ordered from a site called lushburry.com of INR 3367. They were not able to fulfill my order to they initiated a refund of 3367 rupees on November 21, 2020. Till date, I haven't received any amount from them.

      I tried using the ticket ID in the page you mentioned. But then it said "enter a valid ID". I also tried using the "_" (underscore) instead of hyphen(-). Got the same result.

      I agree Razorpay is a payment gateway and only facilitates merchants with online payments. But, we as a customer have complete trust in Razorpay when used for any payment and that is why we go ahead and make the transaction. So if any merchant is reported as fraud we expect you guys to take any action as we are not able to make any contact with those frauds and request you to provide the refund. Also please block any further transactions to that merchant so that others can be saved from the same.

                                  After sending you repeated mails regarding the refund issue it has been noticed that none of your account department is taking my grevience seriously and I am facing inconvenience to get refund money which is Rs 3999/-
                                  After providing all details and the refund id which you have provided to us via razor pay i received reply from my bank that the refund id which you have provided to us is not useful to us and its related to razor pay system support.
                                  And if you want any kind of help and assistance from bank of maharashtra please provide us the UTR ie
                                  Unique Transaction Reference number so we can track the transaction and let you know were exactly the issue is
                                  So i make humble request that please provide us the correct information related to this case else I need to raise this issue to Department of Consumer Affairs Government of India
                                  As well as to RBI grevience department

                                    Why I have charged 1500 Rs extra for passport application, the application fee is 1500 but you charged me 3000 Rs.
                                    Please return my 1500 extra deductions ASAP as it’s illegal, otherwise I am forced to log a complaint.

                                        Never ever recommend anyone for this shopping site.
                                        It seems Razorpay has not taken any serious action so far as I see there are lot of older complains against this merchant.

                                        I am one of the victim who have placed order on 12 December, 2020 but didn't received the product.

                                        Even I have emailed Sleepwear House multiple times but no response.

                                        The site has single contact information i.e email address.

                                        Hi, I had placed an order on sleepwear house on 21st Dec 2020, Monday.
                                        I believed it to be a credible site considering Razor pay was integrated. Unfortunately, the moneys are charged on my account however there has been no confirmation email / shipping details etc received from sleepwear house. Also, they are not responding to mails sent to them.
                                        Today I checked the site and it mentions that the domain isn’t available anymore. Seems like a hoax. Pls help resolve the said matter and refund the amount. Attaching the transaction details.

                                        Did anyone get any resolution yet? I’d also placed an order with them but now the website doesn’t exist. Wonder how they managed to get on to Razorpay merchant list. Seems like there was no due diligence done before signing them up.

                                        Have registered my complain but razor pay hasn’t bothered to respond too.

                                        So I have to loss my money.. product not yet delivered..
                                        I have baught 3 items from sleepwear house which is now not opening any where . I have paid Rs1247 by airtel money wallet and my payment id is pay_GETsmXptXUWPDz.
                                        I have ordered three items which are a night suit, bathrobe and a top on 18 dec 2020. Looks like sleepwear house is a fraud site and there are many more complaints . Kindly contact them or refund my money.
                                        Hii I bought one handbag from Sleep wear House FASHION POINT on 10th dec 2020 and I checked through razorpay about the product and it says contact fashion point but i haven't been able to contact them since their website is not opening..my payment id is pay_GBEacryAFqwWBV. I have not recieved the product so please either help me with that or help me get refund from them
