During the extreme lockdown period of June 2020, there was a new e-commerce site by the name theluckymen.com started promotions of cloths for men on Facebook. Without having any other background and considering facebook was promoting it I did two online transactions of Rs. 337 and Rs. 397 each on 28th June 2020. I received two emails of order confirmation from [protected]@gmail.com . But after waiting for months for delivery of two clothings that I ordered which never arrived, I found that both Facebook and Razorpay are at fault .Knowingly they have allowed a fake entity to extract money from gullible customers while enabling the fraudster a clear escape. This I found to be breach of trust from both Facebook and Razorpay. Let me know how this can be resolved without approaching RBI banking ombudsmen .
