    There has been 3 fraudulent transaction back to back on my card. Out of which two was via Razor pay and one was via PayTM. I immediately blocked the card once I saw series of messages. However after i did this, i am getting rape threats from this number[protected]. I do not know what to do but till yesterday evening i received continuous WhatsApp calls

      I was making a payment of Rs. 15, 000/- to my mother using gpay which is linked to my sbi account but the payment went to "airtel" instead. this took place on 7th july 2022 at 3:14pm. the transaction id is :[protected]. the gateway used by the fraudulent recepient was razorpay. the upi id of the reciepient is "[protected]@mairtel"
      I want a full refund of my money which was wrongly transferred.
      kindly look into it and do the needful at the earliest

          One person name Ritik Sharma and his mobile no. [protected] call me for sale and purchase of material with his firm and told me to make a payment to my account and i will be sent to you your material once a amount will received to me. i send him the total amount which he want i.e. Rs. 12000/- & Rs. 4400/- vide UPI Ref. No.[protected] &[protected] through razorpay.
          Pls help to recover the amount which has been send through razorpay I have not received the till date.
          i am totally hopeless from all the side to recover my amount now the last option to receive my payment from that cheated person is your goodself.

            NPS Transaction failed but amount for debited from my bank account

            Hi, I tried to contribute to my NPS account on 03/07/2022 through Razorpay payment gateway. The amount for debited from my bank account and in my UPI app the transaction shows successful but in NPS website it showed transaction failure. Hence the contribution is not considered by NPS and I didn't receive any SMS from NPS that units will be credited. Attached below are proof that amount is debited and transaction has failed in NPS.             An amount of Rs 18000 was transferred from my bank account, when I contacted my bak staff they told me that the amount was sent to razorpay i further tried to contact them but their number is not under usage and i am unable to contact them.
            My bank and the cyber crime department is also working on this, please help me someone this money was for my basic needs and being a student it is very hard for me.

              Kindly note that I have made a payment of Rs 5017.7 as NPS contribution via razor pay, opting gpay upi. The fund got debited fro bank account. However when returned to nps page, razorpay showed transaction failed. Either credit the amount to NPS account or credit back to bank account.

                  SIP amount for June was auto debited on 20th June 2022 (transaction ID : ACH/RAZORPAY/[protected]. However, yesterday (22nd June 2022) my account was auto-debited with INR 10, 000. The transaction ID for the same is ACH/RAZORPAY/[protected]. The bank confirms that the merchant is RAZORPAY software pvt ltd.

                      Merchant account suspended illegally

                      Hi, we are Shavi Soft Solutions, A new delhi based software company.Razor pay has suspended our merchant account suddenly.Still there is no clearance from their side. There is nothing that I can see on my dashboard..it's all data is removed. Already 6000+ amount is pending for settlement. All my amounts are sent by registered companies and for all payments, GST is submitted to govt of India.
                      With what reason my account is suspended...

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I have placed an order of a product from https://royaloakindia.com on 07 June 2022 of Rs.13999.52 using Gpay by scanning the QR code from the website's payment gateway and the Payment gateway was Razorpay, the amount was debited successfully from the bank but the order didn't get placed.

                      I have reached out to royaloakindia customer care multiple times, they claim that they haven't received the payment and hence the order is not confirmed.

                      Kindly look into the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                        I ordered a weighing machine by sending a sum of Rs.999/- to GHV MEDICAL ANCHOR PRIVATE LIMITED through Razor pay.                           I have an issue with regards to the payment I have made towards mpenagarpalika.
                          I have made a payment of Rs. 1560 through RazorPay which was deducted from my account but I received a failure message on the screen. The transaction was made on[protected]. My details are as follows-

                          Please note that there was no transaction id I have with me as it was not generated or shared with me. I have the time when it took place- around 10:45 AM.

                                My transaction on 4th May for an amount of Rs.747 with hair love India via razorpay got failed and the amount was deducted from my account.
                                Upon contacting the Merchant, I was told that the refund was completed on 27th of May at 6:15 pm, with the payment ID being : pay_JR69NRXuFwpdRV .
                                But I haven't received the amount in my bank account yet, neither did I receive any email confirmation regarding this refund from razorpay.
                                I'm attaching the proofs below.
                                I request to sort this out as soon as possible.
