My name is Md afroz. I am an existing customer of razor pay, On 3rd November 2020 I made a payment. But due to some issue payment got hold and till now there is no update. Razorpay customer care number is not responding, They are not providing any help from mails. Its been around 2 weeks but till now my payment is not settled. I want resolution of my issue and for your refrance I am attaching screenshot of my payment which is not sattled yet. Kindly provide me solution of this issue.

      Date 14 Nov I done a credit card payment from ubi debit card, from debit card payment debited 4999, but not received in credit card, neither nor receive me any msg, neither nor refund my amount, do clear this issue in priority/urgently bases & refund my amout as soon as possible other wise I'll complain to you higher authority & rbi also.

                  Deposited some amount in AMAZON WEB ORDER where the transactions are taking place from RAZORPAY .After this Plased orders in AMAZON WEB ORDER.For this site is giving commission.When i entered the withdrawl option it is showing TO BE REWIED. That means some hundreds of people are unable to receive money.
