    I am an account holder of SBI gopiganj.
    On date 29th January 2022, I tried to make a transaction of ₹ 15008.86 for college fees with google pay app on a merchant account Razorpay. The transaction was successful from my bank account and the amount was debited from my account but this was not credited to merchant's account. So I had to make another transaction for the same by my debit card. UPI transaction ID for first payment is[protected]. I want refund of my money.
    I have not received the refund amount yet. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

        I cancelled my ticket, but my money is not refunded, i called customer care but they say it's take 6 or 7 days, i called after 8 days bcz my money is not refunded they said its take some time now already 3 month ago but they don't refund my money, , then how much time they will take god's know

          The customer has placed order on our E-Store and made payment via Razorpay payment gateway, Once we received the payment confirmation we have delivered the product to the customer and after 3 months the Razorpay has deducted the amount stating the customer has raised a dispute as Fraud-Card-Absent Environment and are now saying that in such cases the bank always sides by the customer and the amount is will not be refunded to the merchant.

          We have provided all the documents from online order receipt, GST invoice, Shipping detail and product collected confirmation to Razorpay.

          Their only response now is that We are afraid to inform you that there are no reversals in the Fraud chargebacks. We cannot change the verdict given on the chargebacks by the card schemes.
          The bank has already closed these cases where we will not receive any reversal from their end. Hence no reversal can be made.

          We have been asking them to call us to discuss what steps can we take next to either recover our money or products.

            My A/c was rejected by Razorpay on 30 Nov 2021 and they told me that settlement will come in 120 days.

            AFter 120 days when I started following up, they keep sending me automated emails saying the same thing they told me on Nov 30 that my A/c is rejected and that my money will be settled in 120 days.

            Despite follow ups since March, all I hear from them is automated emails and my money is still blocked.

              I'm a bearer of RBL Creditcard No.- Today at 12.48 pm, I got a call from a unknown number([protected]) who was informed me as it's a call from RBL .He suggested me a offer to increment of my Credit card Limits more than INR 40000/-After his insisting, I gave him back the OTP, which had been sent by him.After that I got a Message from RAZORPAY, that INR 29, 713 was deducted from my creditcard.The transaction is totally fraudulent & I didn't authorise it.

              Hence I would request you to give your serious attention on this serious issue. I request that the transaction be reversed immediately.

                I believe I am reaching out to right person,
                I want you guys to help me rectifying one of my payment which has happened twice.

                Background for your information.

                I had applied for LIC IPO and part of mandate I had given a mandate for 26730/- amount on 05th May 2022. While I had got my share allotted and the amount got deducted on 13th May 2022 for 18080/-. So while the mandate was to block the money but what I see is that my both the money had got deducted from my account. Can you please help me reverse 26730/- which was blocked for mandate.
                Attached excel file with data and amount.

                I called the same day when my shares got allocated and understood from customer care that there was some technical issue hence they might take 24 hours to rectify. Can you please get this sorted out and reverse 26730/-.

                  I ordered a lab test from Tata 1mg on 12 May 2022. At the time of test, I tried to make payment but it failed so I tried again and then it failed again. After 10 minutes I tried the payment and this time the payment was successful. The screenshots of all payments is attached.
                  The payment IDs of all payments are as under:
                  (a) pay_JUBV6YlObwkegz
                  (b) pay_JUBNriHHlGWqdt
                  (c) pay_JUBPKZhdDva8mI
                  Later, I received message from Tata 1mg that payment related to ID pay_JUBV6YlObwkegz is successful.
                  I received the refund for ID pay_JUBPKZhdDva8mI on 16 May 2022. The screenshot of this is attached.
                  The refund of ID pay_JUBNriHHlGWqdt is still awaited.
                  I had followed up with the team of Tata 1mg and I have been told that thay have not received any excess payment.

From the shopping cart, when I proceed to Check out, I get an error message "RAZORPAY ERROR: Order creation failed with the message: 'The api key provided by you has expired and cannot be used.                       I have cancelled 3 tickets on May 1. Still to day I have not received the refunded amount. I have connected with irctc they have already processed the refund on 4th of May. But still I have not received. It's really bad experience. It's a big amount. IRCTC really look in to the un organised service.

                        Razorpay provide me a utr no UTIBR[protected] on 30th APRIL 2022 at 1.06 pm confirming the setted amount of my payment. but till today i had not received the payment in my bank. when contacted they give me reply that they are looking into the matter

                          I mistakenly ordered purchase in a fraude site today and by a friend got to know that it is a fraud Indian shopping site (vle bazaar). This site doesn't have any cancel or refund option and no customer care receiving calls.

                            I tried to place order on https://www.tekkitake.com for iphone 11 case, as there was a cashback offer for upi payment, i made payment through upi using phonepe app. This payment was handled by razorpay, while i was trying to make payment using phonepe my money got deducted i have sent all the money but razorpay keeps waiting for the money, its stuck on the upi payment waiting screen, and now i have lost my money and my order was not even created.                               I was creating NPS account and initial payment of Rs5000 got deducted to NPS trust from my HDFC account through Razorpay gateway . But the PRAN was not generated and the transaction failed to complete the account application. Please help in the refund.

                                      Payment successful and tickets not booked.
                                      then I cancelled the transaction (Razorpay gateway) but money got deducted. and again paid via BHIM UPI( bottom option) then this time successfully paid.

                                      but I need a refund for the first transaction (paid but not received tickets).
