I am hemnandani barod was buying something from nykaa and so I have choosen sbi net banking, payment has been deducted not to the nykaa but to the payment gateway "razorpay", and no order updated to nykaa, now they are saying they didn't get any order, I am complaining against payment gateway, either they refund my money or forward that money to the third party" Nykaa", so that I get what I wanted and spend 850 rupees.

      On 15 nov'19 i purchased product/s worth rs.1488/- on nykaa website of which razorpay are their payment service provider. While paying online rs.1488/- the transaction showed failed due to some error, hence i immediately again paid online rs.1488/- and transaction was successful.
      Later upon checking my bank account i find that both the payments were debited from my account. The 1st payment credited to razorpay account and second credited to nykaa account. I have been writing emails to razorpay since 16 nov'19 but they are not settling my refund of rs.1488/- even after completion of one month. Attached is the proof of two transactions.

      I have received a reply from RazorPay that merchant Nykaa has credited my refund amount to my wallet on their website. It's a matter of concern to me that Nykaa did not intimate me about the credit to wallet and not to my bank account. There's a lack of communication. Anyways now I am forced to purchase items worth the refund amount from Nykaa :-(

        I was purchasing goods on banggood and then it asked me to pay through razorpay and then i did and then my account was debited but they didnt pay to banggood nor i received any refunds till now.Order was placed on dec-9-2019 and site is still asking for me to pay!

        I booked ticket on irctc on 28/12/19 and chose my transaction via Google pay on razorpay.I continued my transaction via Google pay. My google pay account showed amount deducted ₹128 and irctc showed ticket status as not booked. I want my refund. What can i do? Even irctc doesn't show any details regarding refund.

          Hi we have our merchant id df0yisis0fqp1f and started integration for website and apps and make live, we have spend a lot for this payment integration. Without giving proper information razorpay team terminated our account,

          We need to know the exact reason so that we can learn lesson on this and we can provide the document whatever required further.

          One of razorpay staff spoke with us and asked the same quested unfortunately call ended from razorpay end and connecting the call again

          Hi, Thanks for your email, but still no proper contact, simply getting email stating some team will contact you

          please provide contact details we will contact,

          we spend lot for this razorpay integration for our website and our ios and google play apps and suddenly stopped our payment gateway service is damaging our reputation stating online payment not available from dec 11th, mean time we try to integrate other payment gateway also taking time for integration

          we really fed up with razorpay service . Even they hold our pending dues that is not an issue but existing customers & new customers we are missing every day because of this studden stop .

          We dont know how we can go further with them in future, if reactivate also we should aware of razorpay because this type of terminating services simply.

          hope i will get proper reply

              I have purchased online perfume from armaf.co.in which is operated by snap perfumes bangalore india.. I have made paymnt of 1799 on 10 december via razorpay.. Now razorpay is not responding me neither the seller snap perfumes. Despite making 100 calls to snap perfume they are not responding my calls.

                    irctc gpay payment

                    I did a transaction on 04 december 2019 via irctc rail connect app and chose razorpay to pay via gpay... The amount got deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked as irctc did not recieve the amount.
                    I called irctc customer care who confirmed that the booking was incomplete as the payment was incomplete...
                    Hiw should i trust razorpay for any payment?
                    I need a refund and exactly in how many days...

                    While booking tickets on 30 nov 2019 through irctc, chose option of googlepay for transaction, the payment was done via razorpay and the money got deducted but the tickets were not booked.
                    When tried contacting customer service of razorpay there was no response.
                    If transactions can't be done via razorpay on irctc it should be removed from there as a payment gateway.

                      This is the third time I am facing this issue from razorpay, highly disappointed.
                      When I tried to get the railway ticket today evening the transaction was failed.
                      Money was deducted from the account but the railway ticket was not generated.
                      Kindly look into this matter seriously.

                        On[protected], i try to book a ticket from puri to howrah from my irctc user id subhamoy81, but unexpectedly the booking transaction was failed and failed transaction id [protected] generated. Rs.1280.15 has been debited from my bank account. But till today rs. 1280.15 not refunded (Credited) in my bank account for said failed transaction.
                        Please take necessary step for refund my failed transaction amount in my bank account as early as possible.

                          I booked my railway ticket using google pay and money is deducted from the account but the ticket is not booked. Please check and initiate a refund. The ticket was booked using the official irctc app and then payment is done using gpay through razorpay. The irctc app not showing any received amount from razorpay so didn't booked ticket i request to razorpay team to look into the matter and initiate my refund.

                            I have booked railway ticket on irctc. No ticket booked and payment also deducted. It's pathetic service. Even they dont care about refund payment.

                            My transaction id is [protected] which is done on 26th november 2019. Please give me solution for the same. I would never advice to go with razorpay for any kind of financial transactions. They don't even bother for failed transactions.

                              We most recently realized that the amount paid via razorpay was refunded to the customer as it did not capture automatically (It was supposed to be captured manually within 7days from the date of order). This was due to a technical error from the payment gateway & nothing relating to our platform. Still the money was refunded, with a lot of transactions, its practically not possible to keep checking the payment log and see if we need to capture any payment.

                              Razorpay is the worst payment gateway platform and we highly condone the service. Do not use it.

                                I have paid my loan front loan.In my account amount was deducted.But the merchant did not receive any amount.By this daily that loan persons are been charged Rs.30 per day.its taking too long time of 4 days.what about these 4 days charges and they are holding total 5513 for the past 4 days and I m losing intrest for these days.i want claim the total lose occurred due to this service.

                                I have the same issue, money deducted from my account but loan frot did not received the amount. It's been 8 days and money is still not refunded neither razor pay is providing any clear satisfactory answer. Meanwhile my interest is getting higher every day. This 500 Crore company does not even have a dedicated customer resolution phone number. There is a number in the website which they don't pick at all. Typical Indian start up company with no care for consumers and quality. It's very fustrating.

                                      While booking ticket from irctc i choose payment option googlepay upi and Money deducted from googlepay upi but not showing any booked ticket transcation in irctc.
                                      Even not showing any record at failed transction in irctc app. Goolge pay is showing payment successful.
