Dear rozerpay team,
Last year available a website timesnaukri.com are doing fraud for job consultancy and then closed her website.
Now their so called representative is called from no. [protected] and they said agreed for refund of 30000.00 inr and sending me a link from the mail [protected]@gmail.com for payment, then i realized again to they doing fraud so i transferred my amont to another bank they proceed the link and transection got failed.
So please do needful action because your name as using for doing fraud.

    I was paying rent for nestaway through EMI option from early salary app, EMI was dedecte 16, 000. but payment was not successful. Refund has initiated from Razorpay, but till now i have not recieved the amount. i have raised many queries against them, but no response from razorpay till now i have not recived the amount.. simply paying amount of 16, 000 as EMI for Early Salaryfrom December month. Pleas do the needful. Ticket number i have raised in Razorpay are : #1415779

    Dear Consumer complaints forum, i strongly trusted you and i will get refund back, but Razorpay people not taking any action. Please help, i am going to loose 16, 000 amount, its not at all small amount for me. They are not taking any action, simply they will send an email that we are looking your issue in higher priority and get back to you soon. But they will never come back, never do anything.

    What is the solution?

    Its been almost 3 months, More than 20 follow up emails i have sent, only reply i will get you from people is this "We are constantly in touch with our banking partners regarding the transaction, please allow some time here as this is dependent on the partnered banks and the exact ETA is not shared for the same from their end. However we are continuously following up on this case, kindly expect a revert the moment we get an update from the banks."

    aren't you shame ? Why are you people eating poor people money? Very worst Razorpay. thuuuuuu...

    Its not small amount for me, 16000 got deducted through Early SalaryApp as EMI and payment option as RazorPay. Still i have not recovered the money? who will give that money back?

    You people will give my money back or not tell me... i dont want to hear any drama that we are checking with bank partner... i fed up of hearing this... if your own money had gone like this you people would have try to get back as soon as possible...you are not caring poor people money, how much 16, 0000 important for us i only knew.. My one month money it is... 
    i will pray god that this Razorpay company will destroy soon in coming years without profit.. you people have eaten my money... i had struggled a lot... your company should destroy soon.

    what the hell? just tell me whether you guys will refund my money or not? this is too much disgusting... i will not leave you Razorpay... I already filed complaints against police.. Police people told me to wait till January end since it's online transactions it may take time, but you guys are not bothered only, every time same reply we are checking with bank and no reply after that... let Police only take the action on you guys...let me meet Adugodi Corporator Manjula mam and i will tell how my 16, 000 money has gone and how much Razorpay is playing and irresponsible with me...Definitely she will do something i am sure, , , , being alone in Bangalore that money is more importnat for me, i am not going to leave this Razorpay.

        There was an unauthorized transaction through my debit card of sbi for rs. 3521.00. Dated 31.12.2019
        This transaction is not done by me.
        Please look into it and refund back the amount immediately.

        There was call from the below mentioned number. 8726679366 There was no disclosure of the name. They said they are calling from SBI Cards and all my debit card details were available with them. They said it's a confirmation call and rechecked all the details of the card. When the call got disconnected there was a sms of debit confirmation received on my mobile.

        As I tried transaction of amount ₹200.42/- to medlife on 17/12/19 for the purchase of medicine but they didn't receive it. The transaction reference number is RSB[protected]GAHRLKLN2. The transition was found incomplete.

        I have placed order of rs 1287.22 in banggood my order number is 78655522 .           I am hemnandani barod was buying something from nykaa and so I have choosen sbi net banking, payment has been deducted not to the nykaa but to the payment gateway "razorpay", and no order updated to nykaa, now they are saying they didn't get any order, I am complaining against payment gateway, either they refund my money or forward that money to the third party" Nykaa", so that I get what I wanted and spend 850 rupees.

              On 15 nov'19 i purchased product/s worth rs.1488/- on nykaa website of which razorpay are their payment service provider. While paying online rs.1488/- the transaction showed failed due to some error, hence i immediately again paid online rs.1488/- and transaction was successful.
              Later upon checking my bank account i find that both the payments were debited from my account. The 1st payment credited to razorpay account and second credited to nykaa account. I have been writing emails to razorpay since 16 nov'19 but they are not settling my refund of rs.1488/- even after completion of one month. Attached is the proof of two transactions.

              I have received a reply from RazorPay that merchant Nykaa has credited my refund amount to my wallet on their website. It's a matter of concern to me that Nykaa did not intimate me about the credit to wallet and not to my bank account. There's a lack of communication. Anyways now I am forced to purchase items worth the refund amount from Nykaa :-(

                I booked ticket on irctc on 28/12/19 and chose my transaction via Google pay on razorpay.I continued my transaction via Google pay. My google pay account showed amount deducted ₹128 and irctc showed ticket status as not booked. I want my refund. What can i do? Even irctc doesn't show any details regarding refund.

                  Hi we have our merchant id df0yisis0fqp1f and started integration for website and apps and make live, we have spend a lot for this payment integration. Without giving proper information razorpay team terminated our account,

                  We need to know the exact reason so that we can learn lesson on this and we can provide the document whatever required further.

                  One of razorpay staff spoke with us and asked the same quested unfortunately call ended from razorpay end and connecting the call again

                  Hi, Thanks for your email, but still no proper contact, simply getting email stating some team will contact you

                  please provide contact details we will contact,

                  we spend lot for this razorpay integration for our website and our ios and google play apps and suddenly stopped our payment gateway service is damaging our reputation stating online payment not available from dec 11th, mean time we try to integrate other payment gateway also taking time for integration

                  we really fed up with razorpay service . Even they hold our pending dues that is not an issue but existing customers & new customers we are missing every day because of this studden stop .

                  We dont know how we can go further with them in future, if reactivate also we should aware of razorpay because this type of terminating services simply.

                  hope i will get proper reply

                      I have purchased online perfume from armaf.co.in which is operated by snap perfumes bangalore india.. I have made paymnt of 1799 on 10 december via razorpay.. Now razorpay is not responding me neither the seller snap perfumes. Despite making 100 calls to snap perfume they are not responding my calls.
                      They are not even responding my emails.. They are online fraudesters.. Even razorpay is not responding properly... They are registered as snap global company on razorpay platform.. Please do needful on urgent basis... My contact no. [protected]...

                            irctc gpay payment

                            I did a transaction on 04 december 2019 via irctc rail connect app and chose razorpay to pay via gpay... The amount got deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked as irctc did not recieve the amount.
                            I called irctc customer care who confirmed that the booking was incomplete as the payment was incomplete...
                            Hiw should i trust razorpay for any payment?
                            I need a refund and exactly in how many days...

                            While booking tickets on 30 nov 2019 through irctc, chose option of googlepay for transaction, the payment was done via razorpay and the money got deducted but the tickets were not booked.
                            When tried contacting customer service of razorpay there was no response.
                            If transactions can't be done via razorpay on irctc it should be removed from there as a payment gateway.

                              This is the third time I am facing this issue from razorpay, highly disappointed.
                              When I tried to get the railway ticket today evening the transaction was failed.
                              Money was deducted from the account but the railway ticket was not generated.

                                On[protected], i try to book a ticket from puri to howrah from my irctc user id subhamoy81, but unexpectedly the booking transaction was failed and failed transaction id [protected] generated. Rs.1280.15 has been debited from my bank account. But till today rs. 1280.15 not refunded (Credited) in my bank account for said failed transaction.
                                Please take necessary step for refund my failed transaction amount in my bank account as early as possible.

                                  I booked my railway ticket using google pay and money is deducted from the account but the ticket is not booked. Please check and initiate a refund. The ticket was booked using the official irctc app and then payment is done using gpay through razorpay. The irctc app not showing any received amount from razorpay so didn't booked ticket i request to razorpay team to look into the matter and initiate my refund.

                                    I have booked railway ticket on irctc. No ticket booked and payment also deducted. It's pathetic service. Even they dont care about refund payment.

                                      We most recently realized that the amount paid via razorpay was refunded to the customer as it did not capture automatically (It was supposed to be captured manually within 7days from the date of order). This was due to a technical error from the payment gateway & nothing relating to our platform. Still the money was refunded, with a lot of transactions, its practically not possible to keep checking the payment log and see if we need to capture any payment.

                                      Razorpay is the worst payment gateway platform and we highly condone the service. Do not use it.
