I am hemnandani barod was buying something from nykaa and so I have choosen sbi net banking, payment has been deducted not to the nykaa but to the payment gateway "razorpay", and no order updated to nykaa, now they are saying they didn't get any order, I am complaining against payment gateway, either they refund my money or forward that money to the third party" Nykaa", so that I get what I wanted and spend 850 rupees.
