I ordered jbl speaker on 30 aug 2019 at 6:45 am.in last process when it supposed to show completed, a message receieved "ooops, something went wrong"but the money has been deducted from my account. Same has been confirmed razorpay executive that money has been received by merchant. I am not getting update on my product. Mercahnt also did not reply on mail. I dont have any mobile no of him.

This type of services is not expected from razorpay. How it will survvive. I also seen many review that the site is fraud as they also had cheated through facebook.

My complaint id is #650926.. Payment id is pay_d05ax5vqtqekas.

Looking forward for earlier solution. Thanks in advance.

I had a passport application fees paid through rozerpay . passport application fees is 1500 and rozerpay deduct 3000. Pl back my 1500 otherwise I complained ...my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my contact no is [protected]

    Hi,

    I had booked ticket on 27/07/2019 from ers to chennai. The amount was paid through upi transaction, but my ticket was not confirmed. The status of the booking was pending from banks end. Could you please help me with this. What can be done. The amount debited from my account was inr 1040. Trancsaction status is completed from my payment portals end, but the problem was in the confirmation of ticket.

    I tried to book a ticket from irctc on 19 july 2019 via google pay the money was deducted from google pay but irctc account shows fail transation and ticket was not booked and i didnt get refund till now

      I tried to book a tatkaal ticket in irctc app with payment mode from google pay. The amount has been deducted from my account but i haven't received any transaction detail in irctc app or any ticket receipt. It was tatkaal ticket so the window was of about 10 minutes or so. My first transaction expired and second transaction deducted. May i know what problem occurred? And will my money be refunded?

      I tried to book tickets via irctc on june 19, 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account

            Payment of Rs. 1450/- Dedcuted from bank but ticket has not issued.
            In googlepay it show IRCTC received from IRCTC and Purchased confirmed. I have declined transaction in IRCTC app but allowed in googlepay app. Pls help.

              I tried to transfer the amount into bank. I am the prime customer of qeeda. For prime customer money should transfer imidiatiely. I did two transaction one is for 70 rupees and another one is 1156 rupees.in both the transaction my money is debited from my qeeda wallet but it's not credited in my bank account.

                  I paid Rs1884.15 twice via Googlepay account to Razorpay for buying beauty product in mirraki.in.
                  The amount got debited twice but order was not placed .
                  Please look into the matter as its an hefty sum that got debited from my account.

                  I shopped a product from fossil store and i paid amount through card (maestro card) via Razorpay amount worth ie, Rs 7, 795 on june 18th, 2019. But i did not receive the product. Fossil had been informed me that the product is unavailable at the wearhouse and they will initiate the refund . I have been informed by them that the refund had been initiated from Razorpay on june 25th . But till now the amount is not credited in my account even tho it’s been more than 10 days . Kindly charge the dispute against this . I’m attaching the mails as a proof in which Rs 7, 795 is debited from my account and the mail in which Razorpay initiated the refund .Kindly do the needfull .

                    Sir i had booked a ticket from irctc on 8th june 2019 4.15pm & 5.02pm through googlepay, powered by 'razorpay'.₹330 was deducted from my account but in the "failed transaction history"of my irctc account it is showing that "the transaction is pending from bank's end" the transaction id was-[protected].                         Booked Ticket on IRCTC using Razor pay amount debited INR 805 but IRCTC train ticket did not booked even though money got deducted from account. I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank Also I called IRCTC help center they ask me to contact you . IRCTC anyway unable to sya anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking. The Messagew recived from my bank as below:

                        Rs 805 debited from a/c **1401 on[protected] to VPA razorpay.[protected]@hdfcbank
                        Transaction ID is HDF2EDA[protected]A8BBC75FED2268AD9.
                        Transaction was done on razorpay.[protected]@hdfcbank
                        Please help.

                        Money deducted from my Google pay app but ticket was not booked . It was 11 July 2019 so solve my problem as soon as possible.
                        Submitted my screenshot of the payment done on Google pay.

                              I book flight ticket from irctc by using razorpay but the ticket was not book and amount got deducted from my account.
                              I am using my sbi debit card and date of journey is 30/06/19 for imphal to guwahati indigo flight.
                              I also contact irctc and waited for 7 days irctc told me the money is not credited in irctc.

                              There were option of Razorpay through Google Pay, So I was trying to book the ticket its get me to payment page in Gpay upi and it was successful but ticket not booked.

                              I tried to book tickets via irctc on 27 june 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

                                I was booking train tickets using irctc app an amount of 690.49 got deducted but the ticket was not booked this happened twice. When the redirects to payment gateway i paid the amount using upi app the amount got deducted but then the tickets were not booked. Again i tried the same and the tickets were not booked but rs 690.49 got deducted. I request immediate refund.
