I have ordered one chair costing 1299, advertised on Instagram by name fashiondeal05.mysopify.com. The payment was done on 14.02.2021 through Razorpay...
Now no confirmation mail received, nor the product is delivered.

I request the concerned officers to refund my money, if the chair could not be delivered.

There is no confirmation from the seller, that the order will be delivered in so many days.
I think this is a fraudulent company, which advertise on ficticious, but how razorpay did the transaction. kindly refund and make the co. as fraud.

    We have been working with Razorpay for 4 months, from 04 february 2022 razorpay have put our account on hold and they told us that our account has been rejected, But the amount that has credited to razorpay still not settled, we have been trying to contact Razorpay but no response, they told us they will settle in 2 working days and its been a month still no response from Razorpay.

        IRCTC ticket was not booked but money got deducted by Razorpay

        Incident Date: 27/02/2022
        Software company : Razorpay

        On 27th February I had made online ticket reservation via IRCTC website using Indian bank account. But the ticket was not booked and it does not show in the transaction history of IRCTC.         I am a merchant and unable to login into my account. It says that the credential is incorrect and I am not able to reset my PW as I am not getting link to reset the same.

          On 12th Dec 2021 I have made a transaction via razorpay for Rs.22, 500. The amount is debited from bank but it was not received by the receiver. While enquiring in bank, they stated that money got stuck in razorpay. The money was paid via nestaway app. The issue is not resolved yet. Kindly help.

            Money was deducted from my bank account but ticket was not booked it's been over a month now no refunds till date. It has happened to me twice this year.

              Razorpay scammed my son of 100000 rupees. Even after providing all the documents and proofs and even after repeated begging and pleading Razorpay did not issue a refund. We are poor people and the loss of 1 lac is a big loss for us. My son was so stressed because of this and he suffered a massive heart attack. He passed away few days ago. He is survived by his wife and two children. I hold razorpay directly responsible for my son's death. They are morally responsible for it. I hope God will punish these scammers for their sins. Rot in hell razorpay!!!

                  I am Padma Pooja, I have ordered an product from vilvah on 09/02/22 through razorpay UPI for amount of 1119.10 rupees, but immediately i got an email from vilvah that my order is not created has they didn't receive the money, after several mails and no responses calls there is no proper replay from razorpay, they are not even giving proper replay.plesase take necessary action against them ASAP.

                    I booked a ticket form IRCTC on 20-2-22 and used net banking but 2 times my money got deducted 684.50/- each time and transaction was a failure. on third attempt i was able to book it. But I am still waiting for my refund of Rs 1369/-

                      I purchased some plants from treetify.in. The payment gateway I used to pay them was Razorpay. They did not ship the plants for weeks. They did not respond to my emails and calls. Finally a month or so later they shipped empty boxes. Finally I got fed up and requested a refund from razorpay. They asked me to contact my bank. I requested a chargeback from my bank. My bank accepted the request and forwarded it to razorpay. And thats it. Razorpay did nothing. They are refusing to issue the refund. Their customer support is useless. One day they ask me to contact rbi and next day they ask me to contact cybercrime division. They keep asking me to contact my bank for updates. When I contact my bank (SBI) they tell me the hold up is because of razorpay. Razorpay is a scam payment gateway. Avoid at all costs

                        I am Ganesh from Coimbatore. I have also ordered a similar chair from their ads in FB on the 19th Feb. The payment reference is - pay_IxuY4cSqg7zh6F.

                        I have also not received any response from them till date, nor any emails about the delivery. This company seems like a scam.

                        Can i reqeust RAZORPAY to take this as a formal complaint and arrange for refund of the money and block such companies that fail to delivery and pose a threat to customers as scamsters.

                        Hi Krishna,

                        I just raised a dispute of the transaction to the bank and complained about the merchant. Here is RAZORPAY guidelines to get refund.

                        See the attached pic.

                        Pancloth.in is a CLEAR FRAUD website and Razorpay need to stop this taking money when its not genuie party.

                        I ordered a chair on 24-March and paid 1699/- to Razorpay via Paytm

                        Now, its a month but neither got delivery nor any delivery date/ call/ communication on delivery.

                        I'm also unable to reach this company which reflects its a CHEATING with me.

                        Woudl request Razorpay to refund my money and take some action with Pancloth also.

                          Razorpay — Settlement on hold because of which Business is going in high loss.

                          As a part of your financial risk measures my settlement is put on hold and i have lost my business because all my money got stuck with you which you haven't settled in my bank. I raised a complaint on razorpay website and submit all documents what they asking I should not have trusted this fraud company in the fast place. They have ruined my business and no one is even reply to me. I swear, not gonna use Online payment gateway of razorpay after this.                               Message - "Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again."

                              2 from slice credit card & 1 from Paytm app UPI transaction.

                              Kindly check and help me with the return of my money asap.
