        I had taken a loan from Red carpet but while receiving the amount I was asked for NACH mandate of Rs .5000 from Razorpay but now after clearing 90% of my amount I requested to cancel my NACH mandate and instantly I will be clearing entire amount but they didn't replied to my mail .I mailed many times to both the company but never got a reply.Now they are continuously adding interest to my loan amount on remaining 10% (1400 app.) has now became 5000 . Please help

          I have been on hold for more than 2 weeks now for activating my account.
          My website is live and i have also submitted whatever documents have been asked of me to razorpay team
          For 2 weeks I've been constantly trying to schedule calls and mailing them to get a reply
          But i have got the same reply over and over and over again that my case has been transferred to the banking partners and it'll take 24-48 hours.
          I have lost sooo much business and soo much time because of them. I have literally been crying because i cannot do anything about the situation and the only thing Between me running my business is razorpay and the thing is they dont even care if my account is activated or not
          I've talked to 2-3 different support people' and all of them have done the exact same thing
          There has been absolutely no help whatsoever from razorpay.
          They have just been stalling and bo doing any real work.
          I have tried to get a reply or a call back for such a long time now.
          I dont know what else to do as I've been feeling soo helpless
          They're a big company and there is absolutely nothing i can do to them
          But they are the reason im losing money. Sleep and my pease of mind

            There is no response or reply received razorpay.i send many mails to Razorpay they don't reply anyone.and Razorpay customer care doesn't received calls.please sir, there is no response & give my amount/money back.

                I tried to pay cable bills via digi life app on 6th October 2021 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done, but digi life account showed failed payment . The money was not refunded to my account.

                  Yesterday I was trying to book IRCTC rail tickets through their official website and through my net banking Razorpay payment gateway but both IRCTC and my bank confirmed that they have not received the amount so it’s pending with Razorpay. The debited amount is around 5000/- also Razorpay ph lines are not working. So Razorpay please refund my money asap

                        Dhani loan foreclosure payment

                        I have already paid total principle amount after receiving foreclosure email from dhani loans and services. today octber 5th again money is debited from my account auto debited Rupess 9450

                        september 20 i have recieved email from dhani loans and services that in next 4 hour we will send you razor payment email, then i recieved email i paid total loan amount...

                          I made a payment through razorpay, where money was deducted from my bank but it was not given to the merchant i was paying. Razorpay mailed me saying they have initiated refund, it has been more than 3 months I have not received the money. A very fraud company this is.

                                  I was booking a train from New Delhi to Dehradoon from IRCTC, the amount has been deducted from my account but tickets aren't confirmed. I called up the IRCTC guys to enquire the same, they claim that payment has not been relieved from their end.
