I made a payment of rupees 22, 500 on the date 10 december 2021 through razorpay but the payment was addressed as fail and both the bank and reciever side was contacted regarding this ...the payment failure happened through razor pay . Kindly address this and issue the refund

      Request for refund of Rs.8999/- paid via Razorpay to E STORE, Delhi for the online purchase of a 1st quality (imitation) Rolex watch.
      The above mentioned has supplied a very poor quality product that does not even maintain proper time and the Strap/Outer Dial are badly constructed and fail.

            Ordered goods from an online website called simplee fashion (simpleeindia) for Rs. 1199 on November 13, 6.09 pm. Payment was completed by Razor pay. The seller stopped responding to texts after the payment was completed. The promised date for delivery of products was 15 December 2021, but the goods have not been delivered till now. The seller is not responding to any texts and the website is not opening any more.

                    I placed an order of 30, 000 rs on a Bombay based website Mainstreet Marketplace on the 7th of December and because of the unavailability of the item, my order was cancelled and a refund was initiated the very next day. It’s been 10 + days now and I haven’t received the refund. I have contacted the merchant as well as my bank and according to both of them, the payment has been stuck with the payment gateway which is razorpay since then. It’s been days and I haven’t received any kind of help from razorpay’s side besides a few automated emails. The refund status only says ‘Processed’ and that’s it. I request a quick refund as its a hefty amount.

                    I think they are making interest on our money we can think ourself if they only anyone's money for only 1 day they how many users are using razorpay so how much interest they are getting shame on you razorpay.

                      Hi, today I made contribution to my NPS account through Razorpay netbanking the amount got debited from my IDBI account but transaction failed and no receipt is generated from NPS as the money is stuck in the payment gateway.
                      Kindly help to resolve the issue asap and by when money will be transferred back to my account.

                          Dear All,
                          I'm here to explore the issue after many discussions and mails with Razorpay Team. Let me explain the issue clearly and in detail, let me know still if it is not clear.

                          We have been using Cred Pay through Razorpay Payment Gateway on our website. Most of our clients are preferring to pay through Cred Pay using their Cred Coins and Credit Card. Let me give you real example which happened in our case.

                          Payment with ID pay_IPxt9jThSfgeVk and order ID- order_IQHaQRAmkbqmQD captured on 26th Nov 2021 of amount ₹10, 000.00 was settled on 30 Nov 2021.

                          As informed earlier the charge of 5% are levied on the Order Amount and not the amount paid to us, in this case, amount= Rs.10, 000/-

                          Service fees= Rs.500/- ( 5% of amount Rs. 10, 000.)
                          GST = Rs.90/- (18% on fees of Rs.500/-)
                          total Deduction = Rs.500+ Rs.90 = Rs.590/-

                          Total Sum of Rs.9000/- has been paid by the customer via Card and Rs.1000/- via Cred coins.

                          Settled amount: 8, 410/-

                          So Razorpay is saying that they received only 9, 000/- and they don't want to pay the amount which they received through Cred Coins which is being paid by Cred Pay via Cred Coins, but they are applying Payment Gateway Fee and Tax on Total amount of 10, 000/-

                          How Razorpay can charge Fee and Tax on the amount they didn't receive?

                          Why Razorpay is not paying to the merchants when customer is being paid through Cred Coins. ?

                          I would like to know either it is an issue with Razorpay or Cred Pay before we proceed legally. I would like to inform all of our customers whoever we referred to stop using Razorpay until the issue is resolved, also our customers not to pay through Razorpay.

                          Dear All,
                          We have noticed one more thing in the attached screenshot. If you observed the attached screenshot, there you can find as Paid 9, 000/- via card and 1, 000/- via Cred Coins.

                          How Razorpay can say that they didn't receive the amount that customer paid through Cred Coins?
                          Why Cred Pay will give this offer to customers if they didn't pay to Razorpay?

                          Please find another screenshot that Customer sent to me to double check the offer on Razorpay Payment Gateway page, if Cred Pay is not paying Cred Value why Razorpay is showing as special discount offered by Cred Coins on the Gateway.

                          Please let me know if any suggestions and recommendations from anyone to resolve this issue.

                            I have ordered for online service but the merchant was unable to provide the service and they honestly proceeded the refund but in between there was razorpay and more than 10 days over they are not sending my money in my bank account i have also confirmed from my bank and they said that payment not came yet but razorpay is telling lie that the refund is processed and it may take more 11 days to reflect in your account. I urgently need money and they are telling lies please help me.

                            Ive had my lawyer send them a notice. Even my refund was processed on 10th dec and on mail they asked me to wait till 23rd December.

                              While booking tickets through irctc, chose option of googlepay for transaction, the payment was done via razorpay and the money got deducted but the tickets were not booked.
                              When tried contacting customer service of razorpay there was no response.
                              If transactions can't be done via razorpay on irctc it should be removed from there as a payment gateway.
                              This is Ravula Vamshi I booked train ticket on 11 december 2021 money deducted I paid to razorpay from Google pay but train ticket is not booked
                              Transaction status : not responce from bank end
                              I will attach the screen shots of that paid money plz make it return to my account

                                  1. I Maj Gen SK Bhandari is a customer of SBI since long bearing DSP Saving Account No – [protected], Branch – Model Town Delhi.

                                  2. In the process of purchasing Car from the Canteen Stores Department (CSD), I was supposed to deposit Rs 12, 00, 328/- in the Account held by CSD.

                                  3. As the amount was more than ten lakhs and registration / addition of beneficiary followed by activation for NEFT transfer takes more than four working days, I decided to do the same through the bank.

                                  4. Considering the same I went to SBI, Janpath Branch, Delhi (Branch Code-06199), which is close to my office and got the transaction done (UTR No – SBIN[protected], Also I received a SMS showing amount debited from my account. To my surprise the amount was credited back to my account.

                                  5. I contacted the bank again and the banker transferred the desired amount in branch’s Parking account (bearing No[protected] and the money was successfully debited from my account to the said Parking account, from where the amount was credited to virtual account of CSD (Bank – YES Bank, Name of A/c holder - Canteen Stores Department, A/C No – [protected]) by NEFT (UTR No-SBIN[protected].

                                  6. As the amount was not credited to the bank of CSD, on scrutiny it was informed by CSD that the details of the account given is a virtual managed by organization called “Razorpay” which is linked to CSD’s PNB account.

                                  7. As the concept of virtual account was not known to me, I used the same account details as was generated during my previous purchase from CSD i.e. about four months back. On further investigation, it was informed by CSD that for every transaction a fresh Account No with the same IFSC code (YESB0CMSNOC) is generated; hence the said transaction in question cannot happen.

                                  8. Considering the above mentioned facts and fault on my part, the money should have been credited back to the SBI branch Parking account. This also is confirmed by Razorpay officials to CSD official.

                                  9. Considering the above mentioned facts you are requested to kindly initiate steps to credit the amount i.e. Rs 12, 00, 328/- in my DSP Saving Account No – [protected] enabling me to avoid loss and also purchase the desired car from CSD.

                                    Whoever it may concern,

                                    I am writing this complaint so people can understand how bad their customer support is so they can choose an alternate for PG or Payout needs.

                                    I use both payment gateway and payouts from razorpay and provide them near to 30 crores of business a month.

                                    Whenever I have a technical issue or any kind of query regarding their portal being down or transactions not going through, I have to raise a ticket on their portal and wait for 10-15 days to get a response (if I am lucky). Can you imagine your payment gateway being down for almost a month because I literally have nobody to raise the issue to? Or escalate if my so called accounts manager to treating me like dirt?

                                    My assigned accounts manager acts like she actually pays me salary every month so I am actually Lucky if i get a response from her.

                                    Totally totally does not care about their customers. If a corporate user is treated this way I am getting afraid thinking about how they treat the normal consumers.

                                    I am migrating to a different provider. Everyone, please stay away from razorpay if you want peace of mind 👍

                                        I had sent 3 emails to them but with no response.
                                        Kindly check this client of yours, as they seem to be a fraudier using you as an medium to fool the customers and getting payment.
